Bridge infrastructure is the main artery of economic construction and development in all parts of the country.However,in recent years,due to the rapid economic development,the excessive use of bridges,human negligence,natural disasters and other factors,there have been many bridge collapses,resulting in the loss of people's lives and property safety.At present,the management and maintenance of operating bridges generally find bridge diseases through regular inspection and regular inspection,and take corresponding maintenance measures.However,due to the imbalance of financial resources and personnel allocation in various regions,the level and frequency of bridge inspection and detection by the bridge management and maintenance department are quite different,and subjective factors often lead to miscalculation and omission.The bridge health monitoring system of the Internet of things takes the main structure of the bridge as the construction object,combines the new sensor technology,wireless communication technology,cloud technology and artificial intelligence technology to connect the objects to the Internet,and applies the modern Internet technology to identify,analyze and forewarn the monitoring data.The real-time monitoring of structural damage can improve the reliability of prediction and evaluation,and effectively make up for the problems of manual inspection,detection frequency and technical ability.This paper describes the research background of bridge health monitoring,analyzes the situation of health monitoring and Internet of things technology at home and abroad,and studies the design method of bridge health monitoring system based on Internet of things technology through the design of bridge detection,bridge monitoring,health monitoring system and Internet of things technology.This paper puts forward the use of modern Internet of things technology to realize wireless data transmission,batch processing of similar sensor data without regional restrictions,and reduce the layout of bridge facilities.Improve the stability of the whole system,intelligent control of the collection and energy consumption of various sensors.Through the research of the design method in this paper,the hierarchical bridge healthmonitoring system based on the Internet of things technology is adopted to realize the overall automatic monitoring of the regional bridge group,which can continuously expand the capacity,improve the convenience,effectiveness and comprehensiveness of the system monitoring engineering application,and further ensure the safe operation of the bridge.
