With the growth of China’s comprehensive national strength,the state’s investment in infrastructure construction is growing.Extra large bridge structure as a hub in the transportation system,not only greatly improved the traffic environment conditions,but also created a considerable social and economic benefits.However,if a security incident occurred in these large bridges,the consequences will be very serious.As the early monitoring means is relatively backward,the bridge health monitoring technology has been limited in application,so that the bridge collapse accident occurred.These accidents not only cause significant casualties and economic losses,but also have a very bad social impact.This thesis collects 50 large-scale bridge safety accidents between 2010 and 2017,summarizes six kinds of accident risk factors including “design or construction unreasonable”,“strick and overload”,“natural disaster”,“unreasonable reinforcement or demolition”,“bridge disease” and “human activities”.Combining with the deficiency of accident risk factor and traditional bridge structure detection method,the thesis puts forward the design of bridge structure health and safety monitoring system based on Internet of Things.Analysing the various types of monitoring indicators,comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various types of sensors and setting position.Combining bridge structure monitoring and the internet of things to achieve the goal of intelligent monitoring;Aiming at the timeliness of the bridge early warning,a cascade logic gated block warning method is proposed,and the early warning index system is constructed,including "carrying capacity utilization" "fatigue vehicle load","main beam linear","overall vibration","wind load","temperature" and "vehicle load".The early warning index system is constructed to realize the realtime warning of bridge structure damage.Finally,the evaluation system of the overall safety performance of the super large bridge is established,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the overall safety of the super large bridge.It solves the problems existing in the traditional monitoring and evaluation of bridges,effectively improves the efficiency of bridge safety management,and has significant social value and economic value.
