Dynamic wireless charging technology can solve the important bottlenecks currently facing the development of electric vehicles,that is,carrying too many battery packs and charging frequently,and provides a fundamental solution.Electric vehicle systems using dynamic wireless charging technology will have a revolutionary impact on the development of the electric vehicle industry.From the perspective of the power grid,electric vehicles running on urban wireless charging networks become a high-power consumer terminal,which will be more conducive to global management and optimization,and will be more conducive to large-scale and efficient use of new energy power generation.This paper combines modern power electronics technology,electromagnetic fields,circuit principles,etc.to summarize the design method and general design process of dynamic wireless charging system for electric vehicles.The dynamic wireless charging circuit topology,magnetic coupling mechanism and position detection system for electric vehicles are designed and optimized.Design,and finally verified the reliability of the system design by building an experimental platform verification and engineering project practice.The main research contents of this topic are:(1)Starting from the basic principles of dynamic wireless charging for electric vehicles,various types of wireless charging resonance topologies are selected for formula derivation and comparative analysis,and a string-to-string compensation network structure is selected for simulation modeling and its circuit performance is studied.Based on this,the overall design of the system's charging resonance circuit is proposed.(2)Combined with the current type of magnetic coupling mechanism commonly used in dynamic wireless charging of electric vehicles,an n-type bipolar dynamic wireless charging launching rail was designed and optimized by a skeleton unit;different coil structures at the receiving end were analyzed.The coupling performance and anti-offset capability of the DDQ three-coil receiving end were selected comprehensively.The finite element simulation analysis of the magnetic coupling mechanism model of the transmitting end rail and the receiving end of dynamic wireless charging was performed in MAXWELL software to verify the designed coupling mechanism.Good performance.(3)A dynamic wireless charging position detection system for electric vehicles based on 2.4GHz radio frequency communication is designed,which solves the problem that the traditional ground sensing coil position detection method is easy to couple with the transmitting end coil and improves the stability of the system.,Designed the segmented dynamic wireless charging rail relay control logic to enable it to complete accurate flexible switching operation.(4)After the design of the first three parts is completed,a detailed test and evaluation of the coupling performance and position detection function of the designed system is carried out by establishing a dynamic wireless charging system experimental platform,and a comparative analysis is performed with the simulation results to prove the designed electric vehicle Reliability of dynamic wireless charging and its position detection system.
