| With the development of the strategic goal of "carbon peak and carbon neutralization",China has adopted many powerful policies and measures on environmental protection.Under this background,new energy vehicles have become a hot topic again.At present,battery energy storage and charging methods limit the development of electric vehicles.The traditional wired charging method has many inconveniences,such as the need to keep the car shut down when charging or the insufficient number of charging piles.However,wireless power transmission technology provides a solution for many problems of new energy vehicles.Compared with static wireless charging,electric vehicles have many problems,such as system transmission power,electromagnetic radiation,coil deviation and many other problems.Therefore it is technically more difficult to implement.This paper first analyzes the dynamic wireless charging system of electric vehicle.Then,the application and combination of electric vehicles and wireless charging technologies on the market are described.Finally,the dynamic wireless charging system of electric vehicle is analyzed.It is determined that the charging rail for laying the transmitting coil and the magnetic coupling mechanism of the system have a large space that can be optimized.Therefore,this article focuses on the improvement of the segmented guide rail and the optimization of the magnetic coupling mechanism.Firstly,this paper proposes a compensating sectional guide to improve the energy utilization rate of the charging guide.This paper analyzes four kinds of rail power supply modes: single power supply by sections,multi power supply by itself,multi power supply by combination and multi power supply by alternation.This article proposes a charging scheme suitable for a compensated charging rail.It guarantees charging efficiency and charging quality.Then,in the aspect of magnetic coupling mechanism,this paper analyzes the pairwise combination of two commonly used coil shapes.On the one hand,the article uses Neyman’s formula to calculate and analyze.On the other hand,the article uses ANSYS Maxwell and Simplorer software to simulate the magnetic induction intensity of different coil shape combinations.Then the author chooses the best coil shape combination and the suitable core shape.Finally,the paper further demonstrates the system structure of three coils.It compares the conventional integrated system without magnetic core and compensation coil with the segmented three coil system with compensation optimized in this paper.At the same time,through ANSYS Maxwell and Simplorer simulation analysis and verification. |
