Research On The Reconstruction Of Old Industrial Buildings From The Perspective Of Structural Manifestation

The reconstruction and reuse of old industrial buildings is the excavation of their value and the continuation of their lives.Structure is an important architectural element in the old industrial building.The core content of this paper is to reappear the value of the old structure and the structural manifestation of the new structure.Structural manifestation refers to the conscious use of the expression brought by the special form of structure,combined with personal emotion,structural rationality,humanity and aesthetic needs,from different levels of technology to art,so that the structure has multiple value manifestation beyond practical functions in architecture.Structural manifestation is widely found in structural rationalism,structural expressionism,high-tech and other architectural works.Structural manifestation has rational connotation and artistic connotation.According to the requirements of structural manifestation and the logic of reconstruction,the structural performance of the old industrial building reconstruction can be divided into three research levels: reuse of the old structure,combination of the old and the new structure,and structural measures.For the study of the structure manifestation of the reuse of the old structure,firstly,confirm the protection value of the old structure,including aesthetic value,historical value,scientific value,social value,spiritual value,etc,after value evaluation,protect the old structure according to the principle of authenticity and integrity.By dividing the structure of the old industrial building into architectural form,structural system,structural components and industrial structures,this paper studies the rational connotation,artistic connotation and performance strategy of structural performance.The research on the structural manifestation of the combination of old and new structures is based on the principles of the protection and reuse of old structures,the identification of the construction age,and the logic of the combination of new and old structures.According to the force relationship between the new structure and the old structure,the new structure intervention form is divided into independent intervention or the new structure is attached to the old structure.According to the spatial operation,the new structure intervention has more complex and diverse ways.The relationship between the new and old structure can be discussed from the acceptance logic and visual relationship.The rational and artistic expression connotation of the new and old structure puts forward the strategy of structural manifestation: from the different aspects of structural form,structural texture,structural form and structural function,it adopts the methods of imitation evolution,difference contrast,foil highlight,old and new echo to perform.For the study of the structural manifestation of the reconstructed structure,the connotation and strategy of the structural performance are studied in three aspects: the reinforcement technology of the old structure,the connection node and the reconstruction material.Reinforcement technology can be divided into direct reinforcement and indirect reinforcement according to whether to change the stress system.Different reinforcement methods are needed for different materials and systems.There are many kinds of connection nodes,which can be represented by comparison and coordination.Different modified materials have different performance,and different performance strategies are proposed according to the characteristics of "new" and "old" reflected in the material vision.Finally,according to the research logic of the article,the paper makes a comprehensive and in-depth analysis and Research on the typical case of Xi'an Dahua yarn factory 1935 from three levels: the reuse of the old structure,the combination of the old and the new structure,and the structural measures.
