With the development of national fitness,people have more and more demands for small and medium-sized sports training centers.Meanwhile,with the improvement of living standard and the enhancement of environmental protection awareness,people have higher and higher requirements for health and comfort of sports training centers.Especially in hot and humid areas where the temperature is high all year round,it is very important to improve the indoor thermal environment of the gym and improve the comfort level of the sports crowd.For the naturally ventilated sports training hall,in the hot and humid area in the summer,only through the design strategy optimization to improve the indoor thermal environment,can not fully meet the thermal comfort of people with different exercise intensity.On the contrary,in the transition season,it is possible to satisfy the thermal comfort of people with different sports intensity by optimizing the building design and enhancing natural ventilation.At the same time,after the covid-19 outbreak in China,the health requirements for crowded public places have become increasingly high,and the increase of natural ventilation in sports training halls can effectively improve air quality.Based on the thermal comfort of people with different sports intensities,this paper first studied the thermal feelings and preferences of people with different sports intensities through the method of field survey,and discussed the relationship between them and natural ventilation in sports training halls.Then,by means of simulation experiment,the influences of different side window forms,skylight forms and roof forms on the natural ventilation of the gym were studied.Based on the above results,the multi-storey superimposed gym was optimized and the adjustment efficiency of different optimized designs on the natural ventilation was compared.The details are as follows:The first part is the field survey of the medium and small-sized natural ventilation gym in the transition season in hot and humid areas.Through the method of linear regression,the indoor thermal environment parameters of the gym and the questionnaire survey of people with different intensity of exercise were statistically analyzed,and the thermal sensation and thermal preference of people with different intensity of exercise in the gym were obtained.The results show that the thermal environment evaluation of the stadium is unacceptable for most people in the middle and high intensity sports,and they hope to improve the comfort of sports people by improving the natural ventilation.The second part simulates the indoor wind environment of the gym by Phoenics software.Firstly,the influence of different roof forms,side window forms and skylight forms on indoor wind speed and air change times at different horizontal heights was analyzed.Then,according to the above simulation results,the multi-storey superimposed physical training hall was optimized,and the adjustment efficiency of different optimized designs on natural ventilation was compared.According to the above research results,stadiums and gymnasiums for sports events that strictly control the wind speed should be appropriately controlled,and corresponding design strategies should be proposed for stadiums and gymnasiums for sports events that do not have strict requirements on the wind speed.Based on the above research results,operational design strategies for natural ventilation gym in hot and humid areas are proposed,and reference and foundation are provided for the research on thermal comfort of the sports crowd carrying out specific sports items. |
