The layout of production line directly affects the logistics cost and production cost of the production process.A good layout plan can improve the production efficiency and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Especially for the pipe pile production line,its annual logistics volume is up to one million tons,and logistics cost is one of its important production costs.It is of great significance to study the layout design and optimization of the pipe pile production line to provide a scientific design and optimization method for the industry.Taking the reconstruction project of old factory district of H pipe pile company as an example,Systematic Layout Planning method is firstly used to conduct a comprehensive analysis and planning and design of the facility layout of the pipe pile production line,focusing on the study of the relationship between logistics and non-logistics.Preliminary design of a set of layout scheme based on SLP method.Then genetic algorithm is used to optimize the layout of the project.Aiming at the deficiency of SLP method,the mathematical modeling is carried out with the minimum logistics volume and the maximum interrelationship between operation units.Then,based on MATLAB software,the genetic algorithm program suitable for the layout characteristics of the pipe pile production line is designed.Through the establishment of genetic operations such as initial population,selection,crossover and variation,the optimal layout scheme is obtained after hundreds of generations of heredity.Finally,SLP method and genetic algorithm are compared to verify the effectiveness and efficient optimization ability of genetic algorithm.The value of this thesis lies in the combination of SLP method and genetic algorithm to provide a set of production line layout design and optimization methods for the pipe pile industry,which can effectively reduce the production line logistics costs and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.The example of H company proves that this method has certain reference significance.
