Nowadays,with the rapid and sustainable development of China's civil aviation industry,the higher demand on the level of security and management capabilities of air traffic management system is needed,and the task of civil aviation air traffic management security is becoming more and more important.South China is one of the regions with the most intensive flight flow in China.Nearly 100 radar stations,navigation stations and VHF stations are distributed in six provinces in the South China region,providing high-quality,accurate and efficient communication,navigation and surveillance services for civil aviation aircraft and control command,so as to ensure the safety,order,speed and comfort of air traffic.However,these stations are mainly located in remote mountainous areas,rural areas,industrial areas.The power supply quality of the affiliated power system is often affected,and voltage sag often occur.Because the main equipment of communication and navigation monitoring station is electronic equipment,that is,sensitive equipment,voltage sag has a certain impact on the normal operation of the station.At present,the solution to voltage sag of station power supply system is to equip Uninterruptible Power Supply(UPS),whose reliability is enough to ensure the normal operation of air traffic control equipment,but it has the disadvantages of high maintenance cost,general load adaptability and low operation efficiency.With the increasing number of stations and the proposal of unattended intelligent stations,higher requirements are put forward for the power supply of air traffic control station equipment.This paper presents a voltage sag control method based on Dynamic Voltage Regulator(DVR)for air traffic control station,which not only reduces the maintenance cost,but also improves the operation efficiency and load adaptability of the system without reducing the reliability of power supply.The main achievement is listed as following.1.In this paper,the necessity of voltage sag control is discussed by analyzing the sensitivity of equipment and the data of voltage sag monitoring.Through the analysis of the equipment structure of air traffic control station,the immune curve of voltage sag is obtained,which shows that voltage sag cannot be tolerated.The historical monitoring data of the voltage sag at the station shows that the voltage sag is real and often occurs.Therefore,it is necessary to control the voltage sag of air traffic control stations.2.By analyzing the disadvantages of UPS and comparing UPS with DVR,a voltage sag control scheme based on DVR is proposed.3.In this paper,taking the selection of energy storage units as the judgment condition,four scenarios are analyzed,including single city power navigation station,single city power radar station(VHF station),dual city power navigation station,and dual city power radar station(VHF station)respectively according to the structural characteristics of DVR,and the optimal voltage sag control methods are obtained.Among them,the voltage compensation method of the dual city power navigation station and the dual city power radar station(VHF station)has the largest improvement,eliminating the energy storage unit that is bulky and costly.The power supply safety of station equipment can be guaranteed by mutual compensation of two city power sources and standby oil engine.In addition,due to the low power of the single city power navigation station,this paper chooses super capacitor as the energy storage unit,which is basically maintenance free.4.Four scenarios of DVR voltage compensation system are simulated by Simulink.The simulation results meet the requirements with the equipment immune curve as the verification condition.Therefore,the final conclusion of this paper is drawn that this voltage sag control method based on DVR is applicable to air traffic control station,which has great practical significance for safe,reliable and efficient operation of air traffic control equipment.
