Research On The Systematic Design Of Smart Home Products In The Co-renting Situation Of Pan 90s

With the rapid development of economy and the general improvement of living standards,people's demand for intelligent,high-end and integrated information products is also increasing.As one of the directions of cultivating and developing strategic emerging industries,smart home industry has developed for more than 20 years in China.However,due to the spontaneity and blindness of the industry,smart home has not reached thousands of households.At present,the"post-90s" are becoming the main consumers and promoters of smart home products.The housing form of this group is mainly rent,and most of them are joint rent.For this reason,the state and many real estate companies have launched a series of measures,such as "talent apartment","Youth Apartment" and other welfare policies.However,most of the modern apartments' shared environment and services are not compatible with the harmonious,comfortable,convenient and efficient shared environment pursued by the "Pan 90s".Based on the above background,this paper puts forward the research on the systematic design of smart home products in the context of "pan-90s" co renting.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The demand for smart home products in the context of "Pan post-90s" modern apartment sharing.Through user interviews,we have a preliminary understanding of the activities and behaviors of the "Pan 90s generation" in the context of modern apartment sharing.Based on the questionnaire design,through the construction of user role model and the drawing of user experience map,this paper summarizes and refines the demand and the design demand and function of smart home products in the context of "post-90s" modern apartment sharing.(2)Research on the basic theory of systematic design of smart home products in the context of modern apartment sharing.This paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to grade the demand of the relevant elements of the system,and transforms the design demand of smart home products in the context of "post-90s" modern apartment sharing.Through "CATWOE"method,the root of system elements is defined and the system conceptual model is established.At the same time,the research summarizes the design principles of smart home products in the context of "Pan 90s" co renting,constructs the design theoretical framework,and guides the follow-up design practice.(3)Product systematic design practice.According to the constructed system model and design principles,guide the case design practice of smart home products,and design a smart home systematic product scheme that adapts to the "Pan 90s" co rental situation:security core hardware products smart door lock,control core hardware products smart sound,interactive core hardware products smart panel,housekeeper app on the software application level.The app can Usability test and analysisThrough systematic design research and practice,we can realize the support of software and hardware products in the context of modern apartment sharing,provide a harmonious and convenient experience of modern apartment sharing for the "post-90s",supplement the research cases of "post-90s" in the field of smart home,and enrich the application cases of software system methodology.At the same time,it provides the thinking direction of smart home with the "post-90s" users as the breakthrough to promote the service and development of smart home in the context of sharing.
