New technologies such as “ Internet + ”,“ Internet of Things + ”,“ Artificial Intelligence”,and “Big Data” have sprung up in China 's new urbanization development and transformation,and concepts such as national land spatial planning,ecological civilization construction,and land intensive use have been successively launched.Under the background of the proposed era,innovative urban space types continue to emerge.As one of the most extensive,basic,and most important networked public space systems in the city,streets have received extensive attention and discussion.The complexity of street space is increasing with the development of the city,the stakeholders involved in the creation of street space are more diverse,and the relationship between games and appeals is more complicated.In order to maximize the urban public interest,a more "flexible" and "smart" approach should be explored.The urban planning and construction process control mechanism also tends to "rationally break through" the existing institutional framework.Therefore,to clarify the new goals and new demands of street design development,construct a new "sharing" and "innovation"-oriented street design model and its matching implementation mechanism,and provide a more inspiring and inclusive policy environment,you can Better respond to increasing uncertainties in the future;introduce urban design perspective,inspire streets as the essential characteristics of multi-dimensional urban public space,establish multi-game and multi-disciplinary collaborative working models,and realize street design concept innovation,multi-participation,and dynamic adaptation And smart management and control is an urgent need for high-quality urban space development.First of all,by combing relevant literature and theoretical research,the history and spatial evolution of street development are analyzed,and the evolution trend of street design concept is summarized;by comparing the status of street development at home and abroad,the international advanced experience and the problems in China are summarized.And the inadaptability of the current environment and policy conditions to the development of street space.It points out that sharing and innovation are the internal needs of the development of street design,and clarifies the types of shared and innovative spaces and their value orientation.Secondly,through the empirical case study of 22,23-1 neighborhood urban design in the central area of Futian in the early 21 st century,combined with continuous on-site observation and user survey,from the implementation effect of street design,street environment evaluation and street space usage It analyzes three aspects,discusses the role and significanceof urban design intervention at the street level,and proposes the successful experience and era limitations of street design under the modern urban design system.Furthermore,through empirical research on the Internet city design project of Guangzhou Pazhou West District from 2014 to the present,it analyzes from three aspects:street design management and control mechanism,street space integration and optimization,and street design management and control practice,and summarizes and proposes multiple participation and multidimensional integration And dynamic management and control is the development trend of street design in the central area of the new era.Finally,based on the above research,a street design strategy system for sharing and innovation-oriented street design is proposed: a multi-sharing(participating)street design model,a multi-dimensional and complex street design innovation strategy,a street design implementation mechanism of dynamic adaptation and precise control,etc.
