In a 220 k V substation,if a 110 k V bus is out of power,the strategy goal of BATS is to restore power by stopping the current transformer and using another main transformer power supply.But if the main transformers of the substation are all in voltage lost,the strategy will not be valid.At this time,the dispatcher needs to manually switch to the remote power supply to restore.However,when a large-scale fault occurs in the power system,the dispatcher needs to screen a large number of signals,which is time-consuming and inefficient,and the result of power restoration may also cause line overload in local power system.In order to make full use of the reserve resources of the power grid,improve the speed of power restoration after large-scale voltage loss of the power system,reduce the labor intensity of dispatchers,and improve the reliability of power supply,this paper presents a 220 k V substation self-adaptive automatic power restoration strategy based on dispatching automation system,which according to the characteristics of regional power grid.First,based on dispatching automation system,the loss of voltage and automatic recovery strategy model is constructed.Create a restoration unit in the model to manage the process of bus voltage loss and restoration,and configure "action switch","load switch" to specify remote control equipment,avoiding misoperation of other equipment.At the same time,combining with relevant error-prevention strategies,the accuracy of strategy execution is improved to achieve basic functions such as “smart bidirectional switching”,“remote backup”,and “intelligent decision-making”.Then,the detailed realization strategy of automatic power restoration after voltage loss in 220 k V substation is put forward.Modeling with a 220 k V substation,sorting out the key remote signal and telemetry collected by dispatching automatic system,combining AND,OR,and NOT logic,the detailed strategy contents and expressions of charging condition,blocking condition,triggering condition and action condition in the model are obtained,describing the process of strategy generation and execution.On this basis,the specific strategy of 220 k V substation voltage loss power restoration with universal adaptability is improved,so that the automatic power restoration strategy model has good universal applicability.After that,a method of automatic overload cut off based on priority order is put forward.After power restoration,if the line overload is detected,the strategy of automatic overload cut off is startup.The strategy considers the emergency load transfer function based on the distribution network dispatching automation system,and set the priority manually or automatically to achieve accurate load retention.Finally,develop a set of software and design a field test to verify the strategy.The test results show that the strategy is intelligent,accurate,and meets relevant utility indexes.In practical applications,automatic power restoration strategy can save 97.5% time compared to manual operation,which also reduce the labor intensity of dispatchers,improve the speed of power restoration,and improve the reliability of power supply.
