With the power energy occupying a more and more important position in the city,the endurance of customers to power failure is getting lower and lower.China's power grid companies began to seek a platform that can gather all kinds of outage information to assist outage monitoring and power customer service.However,due to historical reasons,the business of power grid companies is subdivided and the business rules are customized,resulting in the data transmission is not smooth;the topological relationship of equipment with different voltage levels is not uniform,and the low-voltage automation equipment and topology are not perfect,making it difficult for power grid companies to perceive the outage How to manage customer blackout from the whole process of dispatch,emergency,operation and marketing has become an increasingly important topic.In this paper,aiming at the business integration of all professional lines in Power Supply Bureau,a comprehensive application platform that can run through the whole process of power outage processing is studied.Firstly,in order to accurately acquire the low-voltage power failure equipment and users,improve the topology of low-voltage distribution network,establish the knowledge map of low-voltage distribution network in a "top-down" way,model the entity type and attribute of the network topology,define the relationship between them,and build six entity types.In the power supply bureau system,the corresponding entities are extracted,and the relationship between entities,entity attributes and attribute values are formed into triples.Combined with the power address structure,the association relationship in knowledge is analyzed,and a verification method based on knowledge map is proposed.In order to check the topology of feeders and obtain the topology changes after power failure treatment,this paper studies and proposes a method of checking the topology of feeders based on current signal comparison.By establishing the topology matrix and current matrix,the current comparison method is used to check the static topology of feeders and obtain the topology changes after fault isolation.Combing the whole process of power outage and restoration information flow and power outage repair business at all levels of voltage level,building the base map of the visualization system based on tile map,carrying out the information integration and coordination of the system in the Bureau in combination with the actual situation of the power supply bureau,getting through the operation and distribution process of power outage processing business,and establishing the intelligent platform of the visualization power outage map.The platform has been put into use in a Power Supply Bureau,providing data display and system support for all professional lines to grasp the all-round management of power outage,real-time perception of the impact of power outage on equipment,scope,customer volume and severity,and improving the overall power supply service capacity of the power supply bureau.
