| With the improvement of living standards,people pay more attention to the comfort of head-mounted products,such as hats,glasses,helmets,etc.,all have certain requirements for comfort.Head-mounted products are in direct contact with the head,and adaptation to the head shape is very important,which affects the comfort of wearing.When designing a head-mounted product,only refer to the two-dimensional size of the relevant standard or a small number of sample head types,or refer to the size of European and American products for modification,resulting in poor adaptability of the head-mounted product and uncomfortable wearing.In this paper,we conducted a research on the graphic system that assists the design of head-mounted products.From the early stage of design,how to let designers more intuitively obtain standard head data,and the corresponding relationship between head-mounted products and head feature points and feature sizes,In the later stage of the design,how to carry out adaptability testing is used to study the two aspects of design modification,so as to help the designer to design a headmounted product that is more suitable for the Chinese head shape,and improve the adaptability and comfort of the product.First,based on national standards,the three-dimensional head digital models of five standard head types were reconstructed,and a total of 15 three-dimensional digital head types were constructed according to the head type scaling factors of the 5th,50 th,and 95 th percentiles of different head types;Afterwards,according to the acupoint distribution and positioning method in TCM theory,a three-dimensional distribution model of 7 meridians and 78 acupuncture points was established on the constructed head shape;The corresponding relationship between the structure and head size of common head-mounted products is analyzed,and the human-machine size design specifications of the four types of products are established.Finally,the three-dimensional network graphics development kit Three.js is used to integrate the above content,and a web-side interactive The head-mounted product auxiliary design platform realizes the continuous deformation of the multi-headed head shape,dynamic positioning of the head acupuncture points and the display of the head feature size and feature points that affect the head-mounted product structure,and the reference plane cutting function,which can be used for head Wear products for point matching,fit area gap and interference,etc.for adaptability analysis.In order to verify the feasibility of the auxiliary design platform,the two types of existing head-mounted massagers and goggles are used as examples to carry out trial wear and adaptability analysis,which can effectively find the problems in the product structure.Based on the digital head model and acupoint distribution characteristics of the auxiliary design platform,a new head massager is designed.Using the platform’s adaptive functional analysis,it can be found that the inner surface of the massager can better fit the head.This research can provide a reference for the design and adaptability analysis of related head-mounted products. |
