With the increasingly strict national environmental pollution discharge standards,the research on the management of fine dust has been put on the agenda.In this paper,after combining the advantages of different dust reduction technologies,the low-resistance venturi water film with vibrating fiber grid dust removal technology is proposed,and the experimental model is made to analyze the low-resistance venturi vibrating fiber grid coupled dust removal mechanism,focusing on its structure and peripheral parameters Optimized experimental research.Firstly,the true density and wettability of talc powder were measured,and then the low-resistance venturi tube was designed and calculated according to the experimental needs,and the low-resistance venturi water film with vibrating fiber grid dust removal platform was established according to the design;the dust removal was introduced later system parameter measurement method and measured the air leakage rate and dry resistance of the dust removal system.The air leakage rate met the requirements,and the dry resistance loss was small.The cloud-type atomization mechanism was analyzed theoretically,The mechanism of cloud-type atomization was analyzed theoretically.The spray form determined that the main influencing factor of atomization at low wind speed was the spray pressure;Then,the mechanism of dust and mist coupling coalescence was analyzed,and dynamic coalescence was the main factor affecting coalescence;at the same time,the factors affecting coalescence were analyzed to determine the relationship between each factor and coalescence.Read related literature to deduce the dust removal efficiency of water mist,fiber grid and water film between fiber filaments,and get the total dust removal efficiency of the system.The parameters of the 1mm and 1.8mm aperture nozzles were measured to determine the relationship between the spray volume,atomization angle,and average spray particle size and the water supply pressure,and the experimental spray pressure range was determined.The single factor of the low-resistance venturi vibrating fiber grid dust removal system was determined.The effect of each factor on the dust removal efficiency was determined through experiments.The parameter range was determined,and then the orthogonal parameters were determined to determine the optimal parameters.Then,through the overall optimization experiment,analyzed the influence of the water supply pressure of the water film,the throat gas velocity and the average dust concentration at the inlet on the dust removal efficiency;Analyzed the dust removal efficiency under single and combined dust removal methods to determine the best dust removal method;Finally,the classification efficiency of different throat wind speeds was measured,and the dust removal interval was analyzed.Through the experimental analyzed:the experimental pressure range of the nozzle was determined to be 0.6~1.0MPa;and then the orthogonal experiment was used to determine that the influence of each factor on the dust removal efficiency under the two water supply modes was fiber grid number>fiber filament gap>throat gas velocity>spraying volume and resistance loss are the throat gas velocity>fiber grid number>fiber filament gap>spraying volume;the optimal configuration of the radial external spray was the the throat gas velocity was 24 m/s,the spraying volume was 2.3 L/min,and two fiber grid plates with the gap of 0.8 mm,the axial spray was the throat gas velocity is 28m/s,the spraying volume was 2.4L/min,and two fiber grid plates with the gap of 0.8 mm.The best water supply method was radial external spraying;the best water film water supply pressure was 0.3MPa,the dust removal efficiency of the water film was increased by 2.06%.The best match of the dust collector's throat gas velocity was28.48m/s,and the average inlet dust concentration was 2.86g/m~3.At low wind speeds,the combined dust removal method of spray+vibrating fiber grid+water film has high efficiency and stability,and the highest efficiency can reach 97%.When the throat gas velocity was 20.09m/s,the dust collector has an efficiency of 83.48%for dust collection below 5?m.The theory and experiments showed that the low-resistance Venturi water film with vibrating fiber grid dust removal technology has high efficiency and low resistance,can effectively handle fine dust,and has a simple structure and low cost.It has a certain competitiveness in future dust removal.
