With the shortage of energy,the increasingly serious environmental pollution,and the gradual tightening of emissions regulations,RCCI(Reactivity Controlled Compression Ignition),an efficient and clean combustion method,have attracted the attention of researchers because it can achieve higher fuel economy and lower emissions through control the combustion rate.In order to achieve RCCI,it is necessary not only the dual-fuel engine ECU hardware,but also a complex software.The control software of the dual fuel engine includes the upper-layer control strategy and the lower-level driver software.This project designed the lower-level driver software base on Infineon's AURIX TC275 microcontroller and the interfaces between the lower-level driver software and upper-layer control strategy.In addition,methanol injection strategy is designed in this essay to achieve RCCI dual fuel combustion based on the control strategy of high pressure common rail diesel engine designed by our laboratory.Taking Yunnei Power D30TCIE4 high-pressure common rail diesel engine as the object,and adding a set of methanol injection system to diesel engine form a methanol/diesel dual-fuel engine to achieve RCCI combustion.Firstly,functional requirements analysis was accomplished for the ECU lower-level driver software.Secondly,divide the underlying driver software into different functional modules.Lastly,each module driver program was designed based on Infineon AURIX TC275 microcontroller,including crankshaft camshaft signal processing,engine angle base establishment,cylinder identification program,diesel injector driver program,methanol nozzle driver program,engine working status Signal acquisition,CAN communication drive software,fuel metering unit driver,EGR valve and throttle driver,and low-side switch driver.In addition,the paper also introduces the basic components of high pressure common rail diesel engine control strategy.Based on this,the methanol injection strategy is added,and the upper and lower interfaces designed by the C MEX S function in Simulink for data transmission between the upper control strategy and the underlying driver software.In the hardware-in-the-loop experiment,the virtual crankshaft and camshaft signals with different speeds input to the dual fuel engine ECU.This experiment verified the the crankshaft/camshaft signal processing,cylinder determination program,angle base establishment,diesel injection drive module and methanol nozzle drive module by connecting the diesel injector and the methanol nozzle.The EGR valve drive program,throttle valve drive program and low-side switch drive program was verified by connecting EGR,throttle valve and relay.In the end of thin article,a bench test is performed.In the pure diesel mode,the engine starts successfully and enters the idling stable state smoothly.In the methanol/diesel dual fuel combustion mode,the methanol nozzle successfully injects methanol into the intake port when the engine speed great then 1200r/min,and the engine speed was maintained at about 1300r/min through the operating conditions setting.In dual-fuel mode,the bench test verified that the modules of the methanol/diesel dual fuel engine ECU bottom drive can correctly implement their functions.
