The electric heating solid energy storage heating system has been developed vigorously as a new heating mode in the heating industry,but there are still some problems such as poor stability,slow operation and serious signal interference in the current operating control system.In this paper,the electric heating solid energy storage heating control system is studied.First of all,the operation principle of electric heating solid storage heating system in detail,Taking the electric heating solid storage heating system of a large shopping mall in a city as an example to collect experimental data,by analyzing the experimental data,finally summarizes the overall energy consumption characteristics of the system and the main existing problems.Second,according to the results of experimental analysis is now running system,formulate the corresponding control strategy,the strategy for cascade PID control as the core,and according to the actual engineering situation put forward a set of feasible control scheme,including the regenerator control system,water pump,fan control,fault alarm and system anti-interference measures,in order to realize stable and efficient operation of the system.Again,according to the control strategy and control scheme of system in PLC,frequency converter,temperature inspection instrument,intelligent remote control terminal equipment such as control,and according to the system of the whole control strategy is to write a set of feasible control procedures,to achieve the automatic control of the system,and the last on the man-machine interface editor,human-computer interaction function is realized.Finally,in this paper,the cascade PID control algorithm for the Simulink,the cascade PID control and is now running system of the application of traditional single loop PID control on the same simulation program,through the simulation results verify the feasibility of this control algorithm,and concludes that,in this paper,the application of cascade PID control compared with the traditional single loop PID control stronger anti-interference ability,adjust the time shorter,smaller overshoot and are now running of electric heating solid energy storage can be solved theproblem in the heating system.
