The financing of science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises has been paid attention to by scholars at home and abroad.With its own unique advantages,small and medium-sized enterprises in science and technology have played a huge role in speeding up employment,expanding scientific and technological innovation,and maintaining sustained and stable economic growth,and has become an irreplaceable important part of economic development.The small scale of small and medium-sized enterprises of science and technology,the weak sense of risk and the lack of professional financing risk prevention and control mechanism,pose a threat to their production and stable development.The many characteristics of science and technology SMEs make it difficult to quantify the financing difficulties and the risks brought about by financing,and the potential of economic development is not fully realized.Therefore,how to help small and mediumsized technology enterprises to carry out effective financing risk management research,will become a crucial topic in the future.This paper selects GEM technology-based WT company as the object of analysis,first analyzes the financing management status of WT company,and discovers the problems of WT company financing risk management.Then the optimization of financing risk identification and evaluation is carried out on WT company,the relevant indicators of financial risk,management risk,technical risk and market risk are selected,the financing risk assessment model is designed,the weight of the financing risk index of WT company is calculated by the hierarchical analysis method,and the evaluation result of WT company's financing risk is obtained by fuzzy evaluation method.Finally,for the financial risk,management risk,technical risk and market risk four aspects,put forward the relevant measures to optimize the financing risk management.WT company can map most of the technology-based SMEs,identify financing risk and assess and control financing risk can bring important information to enterprise decision-making,fundamentally control and prevent financing risk,is a key measure to support the sustainable development of technology-based SMEs.
