| In this paper,through the theoretical analysis of the photoelectric autocollimator working principle,domestic and foreign related product technical indicators,the key technologies are further studied,and the optical system meeting the technical specifications is designed.The anti background light interference technology in the photoelectric autocollimator is studied.Finally,two different methods are adopted to improve the photoelectric autocollimator in the case of background light interference And the corresponding simulation and experimental measurement are done.Photoelectric autocollimator is a kind of high precision small angle measuring instrument,which is widely used in measurement,scientific research,production and industrial technology.The technical development of some foreign products has become mature.However,most of the domestic photoelectric autocollimators are based on foreign advanced instruments,which can meet the basic accuracy requirements.Most of them meet the requirements when used without interference But in the interference of sunlight and light,these factors will lead to the decline of measurement accuracy of photoelectric autocollimator to a certain extent,even can not work normally in serious cases.Therefore,it is very important to study the anti-interference technology of photoelectric autocollimator and improve the anti-interference ability of photoelectric autocollimator.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper introduces the working principle and key technology of photoelectric autocollimator,analyzes the characteristics of different optical systems of photoelectric autocollimator,and finally uses the integrated optical system of photoelectric autocollimator for research;(2)Using ZEMAX to design and simulate the optical system,optimize the focal length and parameters,and obtain the optical system of photoelectric autocollimator with measurement accuracy of 0.05″.The reasons that affect the measurement accuracy of photoelectric autocollimator are analyzed.Aiming at the interference of background light in external factors,optical processing and signal processing are designed;(3)In the aspect of optical processing,a 600 nm-650 nm narrow-band filter is added to the optical system of the photoelectric autocollimator.The optical pathsimulation is carried out by using TracePro,and the suppression ability of the narrow-band filter to the background light is analyzed.The simulation results show that the suppression ratio of background light is improved by 26.4%;in signal processing,a light modulation method based on background light subtraction technology is proposed,and the data processing software is written with LabVIEW.Finally,the experimental platform is built and seven groups of different contrast experiments are designed.The contrast experiments are carried out under the conditions of 300 W xenon lamp background light and outdoor natural sunlight It is found that the accuracy of the latter is obviously higher than that of the former.If it does not exceed the threshold value of the photodetector,it can be used normally under the condition of background light interference.The photoelectric autocollimator system designed in this paper meets the requirements of measurement accuracy.The two methods based on the optical system can effectively improve the measurement accuracy of the photoelectric autocollimator under the background light interference. |
