The paper design a mid-infrared photoelectric autocollimator system which aims at a certain group company of infrared collimator calibration technology. The system may be on a wavelength of3.8-4.9μm infrared collimator calibration, and gives measured parallel light pipe stars angle value of the positional deviation of the reticle by computer.The article first elaborated the photoelectric autocollimator development status at home and abroad. On the basis of the autocollimation principle and structure analysis of domestic and foreign several photoelectric, combines with the require of the system need to design a kind of mid-infrared photoelectric autocollimator system which can capture the energy center by vibrating slit. The system through the five prism method to the detected parallel light pipe fo defocus detection, again using the vibrating slit assembly of the detected collimator reticle to capture image center position energy. Through the thermal release device converts the capturing energy center of the optical signals into electrical signals and then transmits the date into a computer. Get the detected reticle deviating angle value by computer analysis, thereby realizing the calibration.
