China's civil aviation passenger transport business in the future development space is very large,the competition between aviation enterprises and airports will continue to intensify.New technologies and new models are emerging all the time.However,the development of non-airline business in airport terminal still appears to be quite backward,with backward and chaotic management and slow and difficult development.In particular,commercial services in the terminal of civil aviation airport are often neglected by major airports.In the early stage of airport construction,there is no corresponding design consideration,and after operation,there is also a lack of competitive consciousness.The operation mode of the terminal is almost the same as that of the railway station.The airport rarely USES its own advantages and characteristics to develop non-airline business in terminal,which directly or indirectly wastes a lot of human cost and material resources,seriously affects the balance of revenue and expenditure of the airport,and becomes an urgent airport operation problem to be solved.In the research process,this paper mainly based on the specific problems of the non-aviation business of T airport terminal,and adopts the market segmentation method to carry out the corresponding research,so as to make the non-aviation business of T airport terminal get corresponding improvement.By describing the development of non-aviation business at home and abroad,this paper specifically describes the research methods and significance,that is,while summarizing the business income and service income,it can also discuss the customer relationship theory,customer value theory and customer segmentation theory,and use the business model of civil aviation airport terminal for reference to carry out the terminal business of T airport Corresponding research.Firstly,it analyzes the business situation and operation status of T airport terminal to understand the main problems and causes of business development;secondly,it analyzes the data of T airport passengers by optimizing non-aviation business and provides corresponding improvement ideas;finally,it puts forward the corresponding improvement scheme,so as to better improve the preventive measures and existing risks.According to the corresponding comparison results,the airport revenue,service effect,passenger experience,passenger data,have been improved accordingly,which shows that the optimization strategy has certain feasibility and implementation.It is hoped that the research results of this paper can provide the corresponding reference for the non-aviation business management of T airport,and also provide the corresponding reference value for the non-aviation business of other airports.
