Distribution network plays an important role in electric power distribution.Its stability and reliability are the strong guarantee of economic and social development,and the economic and social benefits are remarkable.Compared with the developed countries,China's distribution network has a certain gap in intelligence and automation.The "Action Plan for the Construction and Regeneration of Distribution Networks(2015-2020)" issued by the National Energy Bureau points out that it is urgent to upgrade the intelligence level of distribution equipment,implement functional integration equipment,and improve the early warning capability and information technology level.Therefore,under the background of strong promotion of smart distribution network construction,the development of integrated intelligent distribution network equipment is conducive to improving the automation level and operational performance of distribution network.In this paper,the intelligent integrated unit of electrical measurement and control protection and measurement is studied.The integrated design scheme is used to integrate the functions of regional protection,electric energy measurement and power quality monitoring.It can play a key role in improving the intelligence and automation level of distribution network,improving the safety,stability and the acceptance ability of renewable energy,and realizing the fine and intelligent operation management.The main research and innovation of the thesis:1.The dual-core embedded system architecture is applied to intelligent electrical integration unit,and the multi-function integration such as measurement,protection and monitoring in accordance with IEC 61850 is realized.2.Through the research of traditional protection and centralized digital logic protection,a new protection strategy-regional protection is formed by introducing the equality communication network.3.A calculation method based on the frequencyadaptivequasi-synchronization is presented,which improves the measuring efficiency and increases the measurement accuracy.The system plays an important role in improving the intelligence and automation level of the distribution network,improving the safety,stability and the acceptance ability of renewable energy,and realizing the refined and intelligent operation management.
