The construction process of freeway reconstruction and extension has great influence on traffic flow.Perfect traffic organization and reasonable traffic safety facilities can effectively increase the safety level of the work area.A perfect emergency response system is also an integral part of security technology.Based on the Ji Qing freeway reconstruction project,this paper starts with the three aspects of traffic organization,safety facility setting and emergency plan,and discusses and evaluates the safety guarantee technology for the reconstruction and expansion work zone of the expressway.Under the circumstance of guaranteeing not to delay construction progress and guaranteeing construction quality,it is committed to improving the safety of traffic in the reconstruction and expansion of the freeway construction work area.(1)Risk analysis in the reconstruction and extension work zone of freewayOn the basis of the basic concepts of the reconstruction and extension work zone of freeway,the traffic conflict and hidden safety hazards in the freeway reconstruction and expansion work zone were analyzed,and the three directions of the work zone security technology were clarified: traffic organization,safety facilities setting And emergency plans.(2)Traffic organization design and evaluation in the reconstruction and extension work zone of freewayThe Ji Qing freeway reconstruction project was selected as the research object,and the traffic organization plan is designed for several major types of construction processes such as subgrade road surface,overpass bridge,mainline bridge and intercommunication renovation and expansion,and delay time,saturation,traffic density,average speed,etc.are selected as evaluation indicators.Based on the dynamic comprehensive evaluation model,a traffic organization design evaluation system for the work zone is established.(3)Safety facilities setting and evaluation in the reconstruction and extension work zone of freewayThe Ji Qing freeway reconstruction project was selected as the research object,with emphasis on the establishment of signage and temporary safety facilities.Based on the basic requirements and pre-achievement effects of the traffic safety facilities in the reconstruction and expansion work area of the expressway,six indicators including the eye-catching level,visual recognition level,driver's visual burden,marker interference level,warning force,and induction continuity were selected,and based on analytic hierarchy process model,a safety facilities setting evaluation system for the work zone is established.(4)Emergency plan design and evaluation in the reconstruction and extension work zone of freewayThe Ji Qing freeway reconstruction project was selected as the research object,From the design of emergency plan,emergencies emergency rescue,hazardous chemicals transportation and overrun vehicle management,the design of emergency plan for freeway reconstruction and expansion construction work area was carried out.The clustering method was used to analyze the classification evaluation index factor,construct the comprehensive evaluation index system of emergency plan,and establish the evaluation index system of emergency plan index in work zone based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.This paper carries on the safety guarantee technology and the evaluation research from three aspects,the model choice is appropriate,the index has the pertinence,has the certain reference meaning to the freeway reconstruction and expansion project construction.
