The stacking of the coal open air has the advantages of low cost,but the coal storage of the coal can cause pollution to the environment,and the influence of the climate can cause the loss and the quality of the coal to drop.Third Plenary Session of the First Session of the 13 th National People's Congress adopted the amendment to the Amendment to the Constitution of the People's Republic of China,and the ecological civilization is historically written to the Constitution,so the environmental protection requirements are constantly improved,and the future coal will be replaced by a closed storage mode.The closed coal storage structure of the coal mainly includes a coal storage silo and a closed coal storage shed.The enclosed storage structure of coal mainly includes coal storage silo and coal storage sheds.The use of the coal storage silo structure has a long history,and the design and application technology are relatively perfect.The design and application of the coal storage shed structure began shortly.Due to its large span,high height and wide coverage,there are many problems to be solved in the structural design.In addition,affected by site conditions,climatic conditions,seismic geological conditions and construction plans,the structural design and construction are more complex and variable.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical value to carry out the analysis of the stress deformation under the action of seismic,wind and temperature of the coal storage shed structure to solve the primal problems in the specific structural design and construction.This paper takes a enclosed coal storage shed structure in Baoji City as the engineering background.The main research work and related results are as follows:(1)For the 108m×110.5m×36.668 m vertical square pyramidal shell structure,the microstructure was analyzed by SAP2000 finite element software.Comparing the calculation results under nine single conditions,it is known that the effect of temperature on the structure cannot be ignored.The structure is determined to be safe by analyzing the calculation results of the basic combination of 33 loads and the combination of 7 load standards.(2)Determine the temperature field range where the coal storage shed structure is located.The calculation results of structures under 21 different temperatures and 6 different bearing conditions were analyzed,and the effects of different bearing elastic stiffness and temperature on the structure were investigated.Comparing the elastic stiffness of the five kinds of supports and the two kinds of restraining release directions,the reaction force generated by the temperature on the structure determines the reasonable arrangement of the elastic support and the elastic stiffness of the support,and reduces the temperature effect on the structure.Influence,achieve the purpose of structural optimization.(3)The construction simulation analysis of the coal storage shed structure is carried out,and the maximum deflection and the ratio of the stress of the members under each construction stage are obtained,and it is determined whether the structure is safe in the construction stage.And compare the analysis results of the structure under one molding to verify the importance of structural construction simulation.(4)The displacement and internal force data of different nodes and members of the coal storage shed structure under various construction stages are analyzed.It is known that the completed structural part is the supporting structure of the subsequent mounting part,and the displacement of each node and the internal force of the rod gradually increase with the installation of the subsequent rod.Therefore,when using the high-altitude bulk method,the installation accuracy of the pre-structure should be strictly controlled.The constraint must be a bearing structure that can withstand the construction load of itself and the next stage,otherwise constraints must be added.
