| With the expansion of power plants and environmental requirements,a large number of open coal storage method needs to be converted into a closed coal storage structure,the application of dry-coal shed in engineering is quickly popularized.As dry-coal shed need to have a large storage and operating space,so the structure of large span,high height,wide coverage,with the structure of spatial latticed shell structures and the overall good performance with less amount of steel has become the priority of the dry coal shed.In this paper,combined with Henan Liyuan large-span dry coal shed project example,for the design and optimization of large-span dry coal shed shell structure.Firstly,the most unfavorable load combination is determined according to the actual engineering situation,and on the basis of specification requires clear structure design parameters,a preliminary selection for cylindrical double-layer reticulated shell structure.On the static analysis by finite element software ANSYS,eigenvalue buckling analysis and geometrical nonlinear analysis,found that the strength,stiffness and stability of the structure can satisfy the requirements of specification,but the total amount of steel is high and the stability coefficient is small.This article from the following four aspects to the large span of dry-coal shed structure optimization design:(1)On the basis of the structural scheme of double-layer cylindrical reticulated shell,the optimization scheme of the folding double-layer cylindrical reticulated shell was proposed.The optimization of structural ultimate bearing capacity as the main target to line slope,the shell thickness and folding line slope as optimization variables,under the condition of the same steel for structure optimization analysis,get the optimal geometric parameters of structure.(2)On the basis of the folding double-layer cylindrical reticulated shell,form the cable net shell structure by introducing wire rope.Taking the ultimate bearing capacity of the structure as the objective optimization function,the prestressing force applied to the cable is taken as the optimization variable;analysis of the mechanical properties of the structure,the results showed that the cable has a significant effect on the mechanical properties.Combined with the needs of the construction technology and the influence on the structure of internal space,compared to determine the best location of the horizontal cable.(3)On the basis of the cable net shell,using the principle of beam string structure,and introduce the poles,formed a string cylindrical reticulated shell.At the same time of meet the requirements of structure space,by applying reasonable wire rope prestress,effectively improve the ultimate bearing capacity of structure.(4)The FRP rope is substituted for wire rope,checked to determine the best prestressed FRP rope for many times,and the structure static analysis,eigenvalue buckling analysis and geometrical nonlinear is analyzed.Compared with the wire rope structure,the result shows that FRP rope structure engineering application value.According to structure and FRP rope connection problem,put forward a new type of FRP rope connector,convenient assembly,solid and reliable.This article through the study of large span dry-coal shed latticed shell in Liyuan of Henan province design and optimization,the technical support is provided for the determination of the practical scheme of the project,and for similar large span reticulated shell structure design and optimization of dry coal shed reference. |
