Research On The Design Of The Maintenance Unit Of Elderly Care Facilities

As early as 1999,China officially entered the ranks of aging countries.At present,China is in a period of rapid development of population aging.Now,although the number of the elderly population in China is increasing rapidly,more than one third of them are aged 60-64.In the future,the burden of care for the elderly will increase when these elderly people are concentrated in the elderly industry.A large number of old-age buildings have been built,and the hardware and service level of old-age facilities are still relatively lagging behind.At the same time,there are some misunderstandings in the design of elderly care facilities.The designers lack of experience and knowledge in the design of elderly buildings and the implementation and understanding of standards and specifications.There are some misunderstandings in the design ideas and concepts.They copy the design ideas of hotels and hospitals and lack of diversified and personalized understanding of the needs of the elderly.Based on the above background,this thesis takes the maintenance unit of pension facilities in Hefei as the research object.First of all,the physical characteristics,psychological characteristics and human dimensions of the elderly are analyzed in detail.It is precisely because of these characteristics of the elderly group that the functional needs of the maintenance unit of pension facilities meet the corresponding multiple needs.Fully understand the physiological,psychological and human scale needs of the elderly,and lay a good theoretical foundation for how to better meet the physiological and psychological needs of the elderly.Secondly,five representative elderly care facilities in Hefei were selected by field survey and questionnaire survey.They were investigated from six parts of the room space,public living room space,nursing station space,public bathroom space,toilet space and traffic space of the maintenance unit,and the elderly living in five elderly care facilities were investigated Volume analysis,found and summarized the common space problems in the maintenance unit of urban pension facilities at this stage,and provided the factual basis for the analysis and research of the maintenance unit of pension facilities.Thirdly,the methods and Strategies of maintenance unit design was summarized from the four aspects of the design principles,functional layout,scale configuration and design points of each space.Finally,the thesis analyzes the design practice of the elderly care facility maintenanceunit,and discusses the project overview,location and surrounding environment,general layout design,elderly care apartment maintenance unit design,traffic organization design,outdoor activity space design and modeling design of the first phase of the health elderly care project in Chaohu,China Railway.Combined with the design points of the elderly care facility summarized in this thesis,the thesis discusses the design requirements Point to practice and application,and further explain the design of pension facilities.Figure [133] table [4] reference [70]...
