With the rapid development of China's construction industry and economic construction,more and more high-rise buildings,large bridges,expressways and other large-scale buildings are built,and pile foundation is used more and more widely.As an important part of foundation,pile foundation engineering is also a concealed engineering.In the process of construction,the construction safety of pile foundation and the quality control of its construction are greatly concerned because of the uncertain factors such as stratum and site.For a project,its quality is closely related to pile foundation engineering,so the research and analysis of pile foundation engineering is very important to the safety of the project.In this paper,the quality of concrete and the relationship between different acoustic parameters of ultrasonic are studied,and some commonly used ultrasonic testing instruments are described and explained.The concrete methods of concrete quality inspection and the development process of the methods are briefly described,and the shortcomings and solutions in the development process are described.Secondly,because the ultrasonic transmission method is still unable to quantitatively describe the size and location of pile foundation defects,and its acoustic parameters can't be directly related to the quality of pile foundation concrete,this paper focuses on the use of gray clustering evaluation method on the basis of ultrasonic testing,through the establishment of gray model,a comprehensive consideration of acoustic parameters such as sound speed,amplitude,frequency,waveform,so as to make a scientific evaluation Price pile foundation quality.The main object of this paper is the ultrasonic testing of pile foundation in a project.The methods and instruments used in the preparation and testing process are described,and the acoustic parameters involved in the test results are summarized.At the same time,the grey theory is explored,the relationship between the grey comprehensive evaluation method and the pile foundation detection is explored,and the grey clustering model is mainly established.Combined with the parameters obtained from the test,the model is applied to study and calculate the deficiencies existing in the cast-in-place pile.The results of the graycomprehensive evaluation and prediction are compared with those obtained from the conventional pile quality inspection and evaluation.The results show that the fuzzy judgment points are verified and inferred by the method of gray clustering criterion at the abnormal critical points of amplitude,velocity and sound that seem to meet the criteria The conclusion that the quality is unqualified shows that this method is closer to the truth.In this paper,the ultrasonic transmission method and the grey clustering evaluation method are combined to prove that the grey comprehensive evaluation method has superiority in judging the quality of fuzzy piles.The application of this method in the quality evaluation of pile foundation will greatly improve the timeliness and accuracy of the quality inspection of pile foundation.
