With the continuous development of modern social economic construction,the role of pile foundation in construction and field is increasingly prominent.However,the pile foundation engineering as concealed engineering,the uncertainty of the construction process is more,the safety of pile foundation and The quality of its construction more and more attention.Ultrasonic transmission method can quickly and accurately detect the location,size type and other parameters of the pile foundation,and it has been widely used.The detection of pile foundation by acoustic wave transmission method is a mature technology,but it lacks the support of sound wave detection theory in pile engineering.In this paper,the theory,experiment and simulation of ultrasonic integrity testing of pile foundation are mainly studied.The main work is as follows:1.Based on the basic physical properties of ultrasonic wave and the basic propagation characteristics in the medium,the propagation law of acoustic wave in concrete pile foundation is discussed and analyzed.The attenuation coefficient of sound waves,the analysis of the internal existence of different defects in the sound transmission coefficient of the impact.Through the study of acoustic attenuation and transmission coefficient,the corresponding relationship between acoustic parameters and pile defects was established.2.On the basis of the theory for concrete pile foundation for experimental analysis.Using engineering experimental specimens simulated pile defects,observation,analysis of pile defect detection curve,according to the different types of pile foundation defect has different acoustic features,in combination with relevant data and testing practice,establish a corresponding relation between acoustic parameters and the defect type.To map the judgment of pile body completeness data curve,it is concluded that the impact of each type of defect pile foundation on acoustic characteristics of regularity.To realize the defect on the sound wave transmission method in the experimental simulation analysis,through the experiment to verify the effectiveness of the acoustic detection of pile foundation defect criterion,to rely solely on measured wave ultrasonic sound velocity and amplitude to identify shortcomings,provide a basis to determine measured wave method in engineering.3.Based on the theory of sound wave transmission method experiment and a sea-crossing road engineering example in liaoning province as test object,to measure the quality of the project,using the acoustic wave velocity criterion analysis,factors such as amplitude,the qualitative and quantitative analysis of pile foundation internal can determine pile within the influence degree of the defect of pile body quality and safety.
