Under the multiple pressures of today's social energy shortage,environmental pollution,traffic congestion and the unmet needs of the majority of vulnerable groups,micro-electric vehicles with zero pollution and zero emissions have developed rapidly with their unique advantages and are favored.With the rapid development of the market economy and the product entering the era of market segmentation,cars are no longer men 's exclusive products,and female users are increasingly appearing in the car consumer market.The right to speak in car purchases is also increasing,becoming a force that cannot be ignored in the automotive consumer market.This article takes market segmentation,life form theory,environmental behavior and other discipline theories as the theoretical basis for research.First,analyze the related design theories such as the structure,development advantages and deficiencies of the mini electric vehicle,the internal and external styling design elements and manufacturing processes,new materials,new technologies,and the impact of the development of the mini electric vehicle,and master the development status of the mini electric vehicle In order to provide technical and theoretical support for the design and research of micro electric vehicles suiTab.for female users later.Then,through the analysis of the women's exclusive products and the female car consumer market,we will grasp the female product design style,design features and the current female user's car situation,and conduct a preliminary survey of the female car consumer market.Then analyze the overall characteristics of women to understand the physiological and aesthetic characteristics of female users.Use the AIO life style scale to conduct a questionnaire survey on the life style of a certain number of target female car users(20-45 years old),issue questionnaires,collect data,use SPSS software to process the recovered effective data,use factor analysis,clustering Data analysis by methods such as analysis and cross-contrast,and finally divide the overall target users of the research according to different life style characteristics: traditional conservative type;fashion effort type;enjoy life Type;rigorous and diligent type waiting for four user groups.The “Fashion effort type” group with the largest proportion and wide lifestyle characteristics is selected as a typical group of female car users for in-depth analysis.Select five female car users from their typical group "Fashion effort type" and use behavior tracking and interview methods to record and analyze female car behaviors,car experiences and car expectations,in-depth mining of female users' car needs.Then divide the needs of women's cars into four categories: basic needs,functional needs,emotional experience needs,technical material needs,etc.,and establish a corresponding relationship with the design elements of micro electric vehicles to provide female micro electric vehicle design concepts and methods Clear guidelines.Based on the above research on the car demand of micro electric vehicles and female car users,in order to better meet the car demand of female users and improve the driving experience of female users,the design concept of humanized and personalized female micro electric vehicles.According to the corresponding relationship between the needs of women's vehicles and the design elements of micro electric vehicles,the design method of the overall female micro electric vehicles and various functional parts is proposed.Finally,based on the proposed design concept and design method of female micro-electric vehicles,a brief design practice of female micro-electric vehicles is carried out.The research in this paper has certain reference value for the research on the female car market,and has a certain role in promoting the development of new energy vehicles.
