Assembled and detachable structure is a strategic and forward-looking technology for sustainable development of the country.As a temporary external wall structure system,in addition to the main function of improving the environment,vertical greening also has the important ability to resist sudden risks.And it is an important embodiment and application of the design concept of assembled structure.With the global heat island effect and environmental problems intensifying,vertical greening technology(VGT)has been highly valued in many fields at home and abroad.However,the existing VGT system has many defects in both structural safety and high-rise building applications.Its key technologies need to be broken through,especially the safety,convenience,reusability,and applicability of the existing VGT structure are need to be improved urgently.Under the support of National Technology Supported Plan(grant number: 2014BAK14B05),the following study was carried out on the reusability design,theoretical analysis of wind load stability and stability test under ultimate static load of the VGT assembled structure:1.Based on comprehensive analysis of the existing VGT structure characteristics and the design method of assembled structure,the overall appearance,detailed structure and nodes of the VGT structure were innovatively designed from the perspectives of component reusability and structural lightweight.This paper proposes a high-strength and ultra-lightweight VGT assembled and detachable equipment made of all aluminum for high-rise buildings.The new structure is good at component reusability,convenient assembly and high maintenance efficiency.2.A full-scale staged load test was performed on the VGT assembled and detachable structure to determine its bearing capacity and failure mode.Based on the component strains and load-displacement curves,the stability and reusability of the VGT structure were analyzed.Besides,the deformation adjustment ability of the full-hinge nodes was studied,and the contrast tests of different material properties were performed to obtain the extent of impact of the material on the node function.3.Utilizing ABAQUS to analyze the bearing capacity characteristics of the VGT structure,and to compare and modify the simulation and experiment.Based on the fluent platform,the wind load analysis model was established.Through the analysis of the multiwind directions and structure combination conditions,the average pressure coefficient and wind load theoretical design values applicable to the VGT assembled and detachable structure were proposed based on the existing wind load analysis models.
