| The area of ice and snow on the airport road seriously affects the operation efficiency of the airport in winter.With the growth of passenger flow and logistics in China’s civil aviation transportation industry,this problem has become increasingly prominent.However,at present,the equipment group assignment of ice and snow removal in high latitude and high cold airport is still the empirical dispatching mode.Although,airport managers usually make plans for snow and ice removal before winter,and conduct snow and ice removal drills.However,this scheduling method obviously can not meet the needs of large hub airport flight entry and departure.The flight delay or even airport closure caused by the untimely ice and snow removal on the airport road will not only affect the operation efficiency of the airport,but also bring losses to airlines and airports,and reduce passenger satisfaction.In order to more scientifically control and dispatch the operation of airport road snow removal equipment group.Scholars at home and abroad mainly focus on the research of airport pavement deicing reagents and pavement materials,while the research on the assignment strategy of airport pavement deicing equipment group is less,and they often do not consider the particularity of airport pavement,but do simulation research on urban pavement.In this paper,the real road surface distribution of Beijing Capital International Airport is taken as the research object.On the basis of the priority and division of road surface,the assignment model of airport road surface snow removal is established to improve the operation efficiency of airport in winter and explore the method system of airport road surface snow removal equipment group assignment.This paper describes the composition of airport pavement,analyzes the main degree of different pavement in the process of removing ice and snow.On this basis,it puts forward the feasibility of using remote sensing technology to divide the airport pavement,establishes the dynamic priority model of airport pavement according to the partition and initial priority model,and forecasts the time of airport pavement snow and ice removal by using the method of differential network.This paper describes the snow situation,divides the snowfall into three situations:heavy snow,moderate snow and light snow,establishes the operation ability model of airport road surface snow removal equipment group,and corrects the operation ability of airport road surface snow removal equipment group by using conversion coefficient,operator characteristic coefficient and equipment power coefficient.Based on the capability coefficient of equipment group and the priority ofoperation area,the assignment model of ice and snow removal equipment group is established,and the improved Hungarian algorithm is used to solve the model.Finally,the feasibility of this method is verified by the simulation of a large hub airport in China. |
