The fatigue life of the sealant has a very important influence on the performance of the sealant in asphalt concrete pavement.At present,most of the studies on the preparation technology,conventional performance and failure reasons of the sealant are focused on.There are few studies on the fatigue performance of the sealant.The stress status and priority failure position of the sealant in the road surface are not clear,and the influence of the self-healing property on the fatigue life of the sealant is also unclear.Based on the above reasons,this article embarks from the preparation and pouring the glue formula,the optimum proportion infuse glue is obtained by orthogonal design,the deep research to fill glue self-healing,analysis the influence factors of self-healing and influence on fatigue performance,at the same time by using ABAQUS software analysis filling and glue the actual stress state in the pavement,and simulate outdoor conditions on pouring the glue for uv + thermal aging,analyzed before and after aging crack seal glue fatigue performance difference,adjust filling glue formula.The main research contents and results are as follows:On the basis of the previous studies on the formula of the sealant,the ratio range and the preparation technology range of the sealant were preliminarily determined,and the optimum ratio and preparation technology of the sealant could be determined by the orthogonal experiment of the basic design.With optimal proportion infuse glue preparation and preparation process,the use of dynamic shear rheometer for fatigue scanning study infuse glue self-healing,analysis of intermittent irrigation glue before state,the temperature when the intermittent,intermittent time influence on crack seal glue self-healing,study: intermittent irrigation glue before state,the better,the load times less,filling glue self-healing as possible;The higher the temperature was,the better the self-healing property was.The longer the interval time is,the better the recovery of the modulus of interval-post-grouting adhesive will be.When the interval time is long enough,the interval-grouting adhesive can be fully recovered.The ABAQUS software was used to establish the model of grouting cement and road surface,simulate the actual stress state of grouting cement on road surface,and analyze the stress state of grouting cement under the action of vehicle load.It is found that the maximum equivalent stress occurs at the 643 node of step 21,and the maximum equivalent stress is 629.5Pa.The maximum equivalent stress occurs at the joint of the grouting cement and the road crack,and is located at the edge of the wheel load.S11,speed 12,compared with six direction S13,S22,S23,S33 maximum load location,the maximum tensile stress location for negative,indicates that main compression crack seal glue in the drawing direction,infuse glue damage caused by the possibility of a smaller,while vertical road direction,the maximum shear stress values,filling glue for shear tensile state,repeatedly makes filling glue fatigue damage;can be seen from the distribution of its stress time history,filling glue shear direction is more sensitive than the drawing direction.Finally,indoor ultraviolet(UV)aging time was determined according to outdoor aging conditions.Dynamic shear rheometer was used to study the fatigue performance of the filler before and after aging.The results showed that the fatigue performance of the grouting cement decreased significantly after aging,and P10 was better than P20.Adjust the filling ratio of glue,add UV absorber,again for aging,fatigue test,found that UV absorber UV531 aging prophase work,when UV531 exhausted after UV absorber UV328 began to take effect,thus determine the final fill ratio of glue with two kinds of UV absorber,get new filling glue formula and preparation process;The influence of selfhealing property on the fatigue curve was studied,and it was found that the modulus gradually recovered until it was larger than the intermittent front modulus after an interval.When the modulus drops to the intermittent front modulus,it requires a certain time of load action and a sufficient number of times of load action,indicating that the intermittent capacity can increase the loading times of the grouting cement,which is equivalent to increasing the fatigue life of the grouting cement.The results showed that the better the self-healing property of the filler adhesive,the better the fatigue life of the filler adhesive.
