The severe vibrational environmental load of the spacecraft in orbit will cause micro vibrations of precision equipments,which could seriously affect the performances of the equipments.As a result,the study of vibration isolations in spacecraft is essential.In this paper,a passive vibration isolation system model for payload of the orbit spacecraft is established,and the theoretical analysis and verification of the system model are carried out.The genetic algorithm is adoptd to design and optimize the vibration isolation system,and a combination of neural network and genetic algorithm is proposed to evaluate and optimize the spring elements in the vibration isolation system.The major object of this work is to design and optimize the parameters of the vibration isolation system,especially the spring components.The challanges of designing and optimizing vibration isolation systems are analyzing the design parameters and optimization goals in specific vibration isolation systems.This work provides a detailed analysis and optimization on the design variables and constraints in the vibration isolation system,and the genetic algorithm is adopted to solve the optimization problem.The results show that the use of genetic algorithm can effectively get the stiffness of the vibration isolation spring that meets the vibration isolation requirements.To design the proper spring structure for the optimized isolation purpose,this thesis proposes to use the neural networks to establish a proxy model to describe the relations between spring structure design variables and its stiffnesses,and the genetic algorithms is adopted to chose the best spring configuation.The results show that this procedure can design the expected vibration isolation spring.This paper uses genetic algorithm to optimize the multi-parameter design of the vibration isolation system,and the artificial neural network method is used to establish the proxy model,and then the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the design of the vibration isolation spring geometry.This method can save the financial and material resources of the design of vibration isolation system and the manufacture of vibration isolation components,and has profound significance for the practical engineering application of passive vibration isolation of the payload of the orbiting spacecraft.
