In the past,the spectral detection system is generally composed of spectrometer hardware and spectral data processing software,and most of the software part is based on the PC platform,not only the volume is huge,but also more seriously,it is always limited by the environment,which has brought great inconvenience to the whole detection process.At the same time,the wide application of mobile platform and the rapid development of the Internet have played a necessary role in promoting the application and development of portable spectrometer.Portable spectrometers can make up for the bulky problems of traditional spectrometers and make the spectrometer transform rapidly from the traditional to the intelligent.In a word,portable wireless spectrometer will make great significance to the development of spectrometer.This thesis introduces the system composition of the wireless spectrometer,which mainly includes the spectral detector,the wireless center and the mobile.Through analyze the functional requirements of portable spectrometer,this thesis determines to use the Android mobile platform as the data transmission terminal processor,and uses the OpenWRT wireless system as the core controller of the portable spectrometer.Then a wireless spectrometer data transmission system based on Android platform is designed,which realizes a great innovation of wireless spectrometer.Through the analysis of the function of the portable wireless spectrometer,the main contents of this thesis are as follows:Firstly,based on the research background and significance of portable wireless spectrometer,this thesis analyzes the present research situation and the application prospect in the future of wireless spectrometer in the home and abroad.In order to satisfy the function demand of the project,this thesis presents a feasibility design scheme for portable wireless spectrometer.Secondly,this thesis also introduces the development platform and hardware used in this thesis detailedly.Such as the spectrometer optical path systems and spectral detectors,the structure of OpenWRT systems and the software for managing it,the Android's system framework,the application components,and the Fragment frameworks.Thirdly,configure the development environment of Android Studio platform and OpenWRT system to provide development environment for system design.The construction of OpenWRT system includes the wireless transmission mode using hotspot,mounting spectrum detector,serial port control,acquisition and modification of spectral detector parameter value.Fourthly,design the transmission of spectral data between wireless center and mobile terminal.The following functions can be realized by the mobile terminal,namely,waveform display,controlling the illumination and intensity of the spectrometer laser,ensuring the stability of the coordinated operation between the spectrum display and the laser control,and obtaining and controlling the parameters of the spectral detector,so as to realize the saving and matching of the spectral data in the database.Finally,testing and analyzing the portable wireless spectrometer system,which mainly include the stability of the spectral transmission and display,the ability of modifying spectral detector parameters and the correctness of spectral data matching.The test results show that the overall stability of the system and the correctness of spectral data can meet the requirements.What's more,the spectral waveforms are updated every 4S and the spectral data transmission distance is approximately 15 m,which means the speed and distance can meet the project requirements.As a review,the portable wireless spectrometer designed in this thesis meets the expected requirements of the project,solves the drawbacks of the previous products,and realizes the rapid transformation of spectrometer to miniaturization and intelligence.
