In his report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China,general secretary Xi Jinping said the strategy of rural revitalization should be fully implemented and rural agriculture given priority.Subsequently,the ministry of natural resources of the People’s Republic of China issued guidelines for the compilation of general plans for urban and county territorial space,which mentioned the need to vigorously develop tourism,leisure and other service industries to create new economic carriers,and required the improvement of standard farmland construction and strict observance of food security,so as to promote the development of rural industries.The main function of green infrastructure is to protect,restore and maintain the ecological environment.However,it can also promote the development of industries and promote economic growth.The traditional green infrastructure construction method is based on the combination of vertical and horizontal ecological processes.The method is based on the framework of "identifying source-constructing resistance surface-extracting corridor".The purpose of this paper is to optimize the traditional method,in order to propose a set of green infrastructure optimization method suitable for Harbin Taiping town.Because the construction of villages and towns does not consider its unique ecological functions,historical background and other current characteristics,so the formation of scattered,messy landscape,resulting in the security pattern of villages and towns is gradually destroyed.The root cause is that the traditional ecological source identification method does not take into account the complex characteristics of the ecosystem,but this paper chooses the ecosystem service value accounting method to quantitatively identify the source area,which can clearly and accurately measure the value of each ecological service in villages and towns and rationally allocate resources.Second,people only consider the ecological effects of thevillage green infrastructure,and less attention to the leading role of economic development,it causes a decline in the arable land,damage to the ecological landscape,the lagging development of rural economy,the reason is the impact factors of ecosystem services focus on related to ecological factors,ignoring the industry factor,so in this paper,on the basis of the selection of ecological factors,and joined the two factors related to the industry,high value-added agriculture and ecological tourism two factors;Finally,the traditional methods of constructing ecological corridors rarely consider the connectivity of ecological tourism functions.In this paper,while constructing ecological corridors,tourist attractions are taken as ecological nodes,so that the corridors connecting scenic spots have tourism functions.From the perspective of agriculture and tourism,this paper takes ecosystem services as a bridge to optimize and improve the existing green infrastructure construction methods,and finally puts forward optimization strategies based on the optimization results,providing reference for the optimization of green infrastructure in rural areas in the cold region dominated by agricultural industry and tourism.This method is divided into 6 steps: 1.Selection of factors,namely high value-added agriculture,ecological tourism,soil conservation,water conservation,gas regulation and climate regulation;2.Parameter setting;3.Quantitative calculation and spatial distribution mapping;4.Identify ecological source areas;5.Construct tourist corridors,connect ecological sources,and form green infrastructure of Taiping town;6.Verify the feasibility of the optimization method in this paper.The results show that the identified source area is 12693.45hm2,accounting for38% of the total area,which is 21% more than the traditional construction method.Six tourist attractions and farmland patches with high added value were selected as ecological source areas to optimize the industrial structure,which also made up for the lack of a large number of ecological source areas in the research area caused by traditional methods.Compared with the traditional method,the constructed ecotourism corridor has six more tourist corridors.Therefore,Taiping town shouldmake full use of the excellent ecological resources to develop ecological tourism and high value-added agriculture,which not only protects the wetland,farmland,forest and other ecosystems,improves the utilization rate of ecosystem services,but also helps to adjust the industrial layout,promote economic development and increase farmers’ income.The tourism corridor has driven the economy of the surrounding areas,so it is imperative to develop the ecological industry for the rural areas dominated by agriculture and tourism. |
