With China's large aircraft as one of the future development of major scientific and technological projects,the manufacture of large aircraft has become the focus of national strategic layout.The installation and adjustment of large movable wing surface is closely related to the flight control of large aircraft,and its importance is self-evident.However,due to the large size of the structure of the movable wing surface,high installation accuracy,many influencing links and complex cooperative relationship with the system,the installation and debugging of the movable wing surface of the large wing is also one of the most complex and difficult coordination projects in the assembly work.In this article,through analysis of wing wing surface motion detection process,the assembly process and activity research influence wing surface installation and debugging of each link,and analyze the problems and risks,take out the solution,makes activities wing surface quality and efficiency of installation and debugging the desired index,this to promote the rapid development of China's large aircraft manufacturing industry is of great significance.Compared with the small and medium sized wing,the movable wing surface of the large wing is characterized by large size,large influence of the shape of the wing box and the attitude of the wing,many adjustment points and test points,and complex intersection of structural adjustment and system control parameters.According to these characteristics,the research work: the large wing box shape and activities wing surface suspension point position control method,by improving the process(wall plate installation process and high precision joint operation sequence set),the weak parts of product increase tooling to strengthen rigidity,strictly control the workshop temperature,optimizing the structure of joint padded method and joint forms,effective control of wing box shape and activities outside wing surface suspension point position,is to control the activity "root" of wing surface mounting;In this paper,the attitude coordination method of large wing is studied,the wing attitude during the installation of movable wing surface is coordinated with the theoretical attitude data,and the station position and attitude coordination method for the installation and adjustment of movable wing surface are solidified to create good and stable conditions for the installation and debugging of movable wing surface.The adjustment method of movable wing surface of large wing is studied,and the adjustment method of movable wing surface is analyzed to reach the structural adjustment index of movable wing surface.In this paper,the modular detection method of movable wing surface of large wing is studied,and the modularization idea is integrated into it.The motion detection of movable wing surface is advanced to the part assembly stage to realize the unification of structure installation and system control of movable wing surface,so that the wing can be delivered as a module with complete structure and function.Finally,it can achieve smooth coordination of the whole process from components to components,from structure to system,from installation and adjustment to test and inspection of the moving surface of large wing,so as to ensure the smooth development and production of large aircraft in China.
