| The heading compass is the main system for measuring,calculating and outputting the aircraft’s magnetic heading.Due to the soft magnetic and hard magnetic interference in the aircraft’s environment,there is a gap in the magnetic heading of the aircraft.In the test and adjustment phase of the outfield aircraft,a compass calibration is required to make the compass meet the engineering technical requirements.Starting from the existing compass calibration method,which is greatly affected by visibility and fuselage structure,cannot meet the calibration needs of all models and the status quo of compass-free sites,the key technology of compass calibration is studied,the compass field planning and construction are carried out,and the whole station is proposed.Compass calibration program and complete engineering verification.Mainly completed the following tasks:Starting from the principle of compass calibration,the common methods of compass calibration are compared,the working principles and advantages and disadvantages of each method are analyzed,and the preliminary method of azimuth reference arrangement of the compass field and the research direction of the new compass calibration method are determined.The requirements of the compass calibration and the method of azimuth datum arrangement were studied.The compass site construction requirement planning,azimuth datum arrangement scheme design and layout were completed,and the true north position angle,magnetic declination and Its accuracy.Aiming at the problems existing in the current traditional compass calibration method,a total station method compass calibration method was studied and proposed.The principle of calibration of the total station methodcompass was explained,the composition of the measurement system,hardware technical requirements,software function requirements,and system measurement errors were fully studied,and the planning and design of the measurement system was completed.Completed the construction of the total station instrument compass calibration guarantee conditions,conducted in-depth research on the process flow and the risks in the process,and formulated the total station instrument compass flow calibration process and risk prevention and control measures.The organization completed the on-board verification and implementation of the total station’s method of compass calibration,which ensured the smooth development of the compass calibration of the new research aircraft. |
