As a passive vibration damping device,the squeeze film damper(SFD)is widely used in aero engines because of its simple structure and obvious vibration damping effect.At present,there is little research on the effect of the end seal structure on the dynamic characteristics of the squeezed oil film damper.This study focuses on the effect of different end seal structures on the dynamic characteristics of the squeezed oil film damper.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Different numerical calculation and analysis of the static load of the end seal structure,study the tangential elasticity of the end seal structure and the calculation formula of the face pressure of the end seal structure,and study the deformation caused by the static load of the end seal structure with different structural parameters.In order to study the influence of different structural parameters on the end seal structure,and check the strength of the designed end seal structure,to ensure that the end seal structure will not be damaged when working.(2)For watershed modeling and leakage calculation for the squeeze oil film dampers with different end seal structure parameters to obtain the flow resistance of the squeeze oil film dampers with different parameter end seal structures,and end seals with different parameters A comparative analysis of the effect of the structure on the flow resistance reveals that among the factors affecting the flow resistance of the squeeze film damper with the end seal structure,the influence of the backlash is greater than the backlash than the closing gap.(3)Mathematical modeling of the dynamic characteristics of the squeeze film damper through the difference scheme of the Reynolds equation,and the increase of the end seal correction coefficient at the boundary conditions,the damper damping under different end seal correction coefficients is obtained by the change of the flow resistance Coefficient,and analyze the influence of different end seal structure on the damping coefficient and the change rule to get: Among the factors affecting the main damping coefficient of the squeeze film damper,the effect of side clearance is greater than that of backlash than that of closing gap It is greater than the effect of the oil supply pressure,and the three factors of side clearance,backlash,and closed clearance have a greater influence on the main damping coefficient of the squeeze film damper than the effect of the oil pressure.(4)The numerical calculation of the end seal structure and the numerical calculation results of the damping coefficient of the squeeze film damper with end seal structure are verified through experiments.
