Vibration isolator is a key device to ensure the safety of the ship's navigation and riding comfort.In recent years,new components such as inerters have been added to the vibration isolation system,which has solved several problems in the traditional vibration isolation system and become one of the hotspots of vibration isolation research.There are many forms of inerters.In view of some problems in existing inerters,this paper proposes a planetary roller type inerter.Theoretical analysis and experimental research have been carried out on performance and nonlinearity.The paper has made the following progress:Taking the planetary roller screw pair as the research object,the parameters of each structure and the motion relationship between the components are studied.A planetary roller inerter is proposed,a mechanical model is established,the influence of structural parameters on the inertia coefficient and mechanical properties is analyzed,and compared with the ball screw inerter,the results show that the planetary roller inerter can improve the inertia Coefficient and inertia-mass ratio,the inertia coefficient is greatly affected by the number and size of rollers and the dimensions of the flywheel and screw.When the same radial size is used,the mechanical properties are significantly better than the roller screw type inerter.Aiming at the problem of poor low-frequency vibration isolation effect of marine vibration isolators,the planetary roller inerter is introduced into the rubber vibration isolator,and the mechanical properties of the inerter are checked to ensure that the strength meets the requirements.The rubber isolators,ball inerter composite isolators and planetary inerter composite isolators with the same stiffness are used in the vibration isolation system of the diesel generator set.The vibration isolation performance of the three types of isolators is calculated and compared.The results show that the diesel generator set vibration isolation system using planetary inerter composite vibration isolator has strong stability and excellent low frequency vibration isolation effect.Based on the mechanical characteristic test of the inertia-rubber composite vibration isolator,a nonlinear mathematical model based on the force-displacement curve is established,and the genetic algorithm is used to identify the unknown parameters in the Bouc-Wen model containing the inerter and the numerical results of the identification results are verified by simulation.The results show that the genetic algorithm can quickly and efficiently identify the optimal solution of the Bouc-Wen model with inerters.The model can accurately simulate the hysteretic characteristics of the composite isolators.The simulation and test results are also consistent,the parameter recognition accuracy meets the requirements,and the Bouc-Wen model with inerter is correct and reliable.This paper mainly analyzes the mechanical characteristics of the planetary roller screw inerter,and the vibration isolation effect of the planetary inerter compound vibration isolator in the vibration isolation system of the diesel generator set,and studies the nonlinearity of the inerter-rubber compound vibration isolator Hysteresis characteristics have high engineering application value.
