During the design of vibration isolation system,the greater the ratio of the disturbance frequency to the natural frequency,the better the vibration isolation effect.However,given the target means that the disturbance frequency is determined,the inerter-rubber vibration isolator can effectively reduce the natural frequency without further reducing the stiffness.Based on this feature,application analysis of the inerter-rubber vibration isolator is constructed from the perspective of active vibration isolation and passive vibration isolation.Under the background of the maturity of the theory and application research of the inerter,the nonlinear research of the inerter has received much attention.This paper focuses on the piecewise linear nonlinearity caused by play.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)The engineering background of the application analysis of the inerter-rubber vibration isolators is expounded.On the basis of sorting out a large number of references at home and abroad,the development trend and research status of the rubber vibration isolator and the ball-screw inerter are summarized,and the research results of the nonlinearity of the ball-screw inerter in recent years are compiled.(2)The design principle of the inerter-rubber vibration isolator is derived from the linear parallel type II ISD vibration isolation system,the transfer function of the system is derived from the perspective of active vibration isolation and passive vibration isolation,the vibration transmission law of the system is obtained.Then the application analysis of the inerter-rubber vibration isolator in the ship cabin passive vibration isolation system and the diesel generator set active vibration isolation system are carried out.Results show that the inerter-rubber vibration isolator can reduce the natural frequency of the vibration isolation system,suppress the resonance peak,reduce the acceleration,velocity and displacement response of the vibration isolation system,and reduce the transmission of vibration.(3)The friction,elastic deformation,play nonlinearity of the inerter and material nonlinearity of the rubber in the inerter-rubber vibration isolator are introduced and studied.The effect of play linear nonlinearity on the displacement response of the inerter-rubber vibration isolator and the equal amplitude motion of the inerter is studied.Results show that the slight play does not affect the displacement response of the type Ⅱ ISD isolation system,besides,the play shortens the period of the equal amplitude motion of the inerter.Finally,based on the research on the influence of various nonlinear factors,the nonlinear parallel type II ISD vibration isolation system is simplified into a nonlinear system considering only the friction of the inerter and the complex stiffness of the rubber.In the effective frequency band of the inerter,the calculated value of the natural frequency is more accurate.This paper mainly analyzes the engineering application and effect of the inerter-rubber vibration isolator,and studies the influence of its nonlinear factors on the vibration response,which has great engineering application value.
