Research On Optimization Of Internal Control Of L Power Supply Branch

Internal control is a kind of internal management means which is expected to reduce the possibility of risk in the process of production and operation.In the information age of rapid economic development and rapid development of Internet technology,power supply companies are in a traditional industry,it is particularly important to find their own development ways in facing these changes or challenges.For facing these external pressures,enterprises must lay a solid foundation for development from the inside.From the perspective of the whole economic society,any successful enterprise must have a set of strict and complete internal control system.It can be said that the development level of an enterprise is closely related to its internal control quality.This is the question we should think about/consider is that how to improve our internal control system in the process of development and how to seek effective implementation of the system.First of all,this study has set up a solid theoretical foundation by reading/collecting domestic and foreign related literature research,in-depth understanding of the theoretical development of internal control.On this basis,this paper expounds the internal control status of L power supply company by the five elements of internal control,which is he control environment,control activities,information and communication,internal supervision,risk assessment.Secondly,the internal control status of l power supply company is evaluated by fuzzy AHP comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,according to the above evaluation results,combined with the actual situation of l power supply company,based on the five elements of internal control,the specific strategy of internal control optimization of l power supply company is given.Through the study of internal control optimization of l power supply company,this paper hopes to improve the defects of internal control system in the actual production and operation process of l power supply company,make the production and operation more standardized,and obtain a favorable competitive position in the fierce social competition.
