Optical star caliper is one of the main measuring methods of the inner diameter measuring system of body and tube.It is of great significance to analyze the assembly precision of equipment to complete the measurement of body and tube with high quality.It is difficult to evaluate the assembly quality of the system directly because of the problems of high precision,small assembly space and Multi-component composition.Therefore,this paper solves the problem of precision analysis of equipment by establishing a prediction model of assembly deviation.In this paper,a three-dimensional model of an optical star caliper is first established.According to the structural design content and working principle of the equipment,the main error sources of the system are the overall assembly error of the equipment and the assembly deviation of the measurement mechanism.Then analyze the deviation type and transmission path of the part according to the deviation source theory.Secondly,the gap model and transition fit simulation predictions were performed for the deviation model of the measuring mechanism.The maximum system error of the gap fit assembly solution was 0.00684 mm,and the maximum system error of the transition fit solution was 0.00615 mm.The results show that the transition fit is more suitable for the measurement accuracy of the device.Then the layout of the support mechanism is optimized to reduce the impact on the measurement accuracy.Finally,through the collection and comparison of experimental data,it can be seen that the difference between the measurement results of the optical star caliper and the measurement results of the automatic measurement system of the inner diameter of the body and tube is 0.006 mm at most,which is consistent with the results obtained by the simulation calculation,so as to verify the feasibility of the deviation model to predict the assembly quality method.This paper establishes a method for predicting the assembly deviation,which solves the problem of the accuracy analysis of the equipment and makes the assembly accuracy meet the measurement requirements of the system,thereby improving the assembly quality of the equipment,reducing the design cost,and shortening the development cycle.
