The source and research subject of this paper are based on the specific implementation requirements put forward by the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on "Village Revitalization" and a number of national policies on the construction of beautiful villages.A positive attempt and response made by the contradiction and subsequent development. It is pointed out that the development of the village should not be simply a return to tradition, nor can it be blindly developed to the urbanization process. It is necessary to find a reasonable intervention method to balance the development direction of the village, find out the correct position in the future development process, and target To solve the current dilemma faced by the rural areas, retain their own characteristics, and under the basic principles of sustainable development and people-oriented,use micro-updated design strategies and principles to achieve the organic development of rural areas. The scope of the research on rural areas in this article is mainly concentrated in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, and the research framework is mainly constructed from three directions: summarizing the current successful cases of rural transformation, and classifying and comparing the basic profiles and development status of the survey villages Summarize the main development route. The second is to study the composition and transformation of the village’s disordered evolution and orderly intervention through the village’s bottom-up composition microelements;the comprehensive analysis of the old building space under the guidance of micro-renewal Reconstruction and continuation;emphasize the important influence of place spirit and special memory points on villagers’ emotions, and determine the protagonist status of villagers.Third, through the evaluation and analysis of the Nanhegang Village and the conceptual design plan,it is to study how the village can transform the function of space and continue life under the guidance of the micro-renewal strategy. The thesis research uses micro-renewal theory in the current problems of rural development and transformation in China, starting from a small scale and a small scale direction,to study the nature and solution of rural problems;from the perspective of villages, buildings, and spaces,to implement local-specific updating methods Interventional update of rural settlements. The research on the shape of rural settlements, the conversion of old and new houses and the composition of space points out that in the renewal activities, local history and cultural characteristics must be respected and the essence of tradition must be continued. With reference to the typical route in which rural development has achieved significant benefits,it is proposed to use slightly updated design strategies for rural transformation, and to solve practical problems faced by rural transformation from a practical perspective.Introducing ARP(Adaptive ReusePotential)theory in the study of space conversion of old buildings to analyze the optimal intervention time point of building renewal and transformation, select the most optimal renewal method, and divide the space conversion into residential space and non-residential space conversion, more detailed Summarizes the specific ways and means of rural spatial function transformation. The purpose of this article is to summarize and summarize the research on intervention transformation of old rural building space under the guidance of micro-renewal design concept, and to supplement the current deficiencies of related research content of old rural building space. It is hoped that the research results of this topic can provide reference theoretical value and practical guidance significance for the future development direction of the village.
