At present,the proportion of existing public buildings in China is high,and the intensity of energy consumption is large,so it is imperative to carry out energy conservation supervision.As an important link in the construction of building energy conservation supervision system,public building energy audit is facing the problems of information and intelligence.In this paper,one of the important audit objects in energy audit,ice storage type of central air conditioning,is taken as the research object to preliminarily study the informatization and intelligence of energy audit of public buildings.The main research results are as follows:(1)research on energy saving potential evaluation index system of ice storage air conditioning system based on energy audit.This paper summarizes the theoretical framework and elements of energy audit of public buildings;based on the theory of energy audit of public buildings,it specifically analyzes five influencing factors of energy saving potential of central air conditioning;combined with the principle and characteristics of ice storage air conditioning system,it analyzes the influencing factors of energy saving potential of ice storage air conditioning system,and obtains the evaluation of energy saving potential of ice storage air conditioning system based on energy audit Index system.(2)research on comprehensive evaluation method of energy saving potential of ice storage air conditioning system based on AHP-FCE.Based on the combination of expert scoring method and standard rating formula calculation,the paper studies the weight calculation method of energy-saving potential evaluation index of ice storage airconditioning system based on AHP;studies the comprehensive evaluation method of energy-saving potential of ice storage air conditioning system based on FCE,and evaluates and analyzes the energy-saving potential of ice storage air conditioning system of a commercial building in Xi'an.(3)research on load forecasting model of ice storage air conditioning based on PCA-BP.This paper analyzes the building structure,outdoor environment,indoor environment and time series that affect the ice storage air conditioning load,and gives the structure and algorithm flow of the ice storage air conditioning load prediction model based on PCA-BP,and carries out experimental simulation analysis.The prediction results show that the model has higher prediction accuracy and shorter training than the ice storage air conditioning load prediction model based on BP Time.(4)research and design of energy intelligent audit system for public buildings.This paper analyzes the functional requirements of the public building energy intelligent audit system;designs the Internet of things architecture of the public building energy intelligent audit system;determines the key hardware and software equipment of the public building energy intelligent audit system,including ZigBee sensing node software and hardware and ZigBee / Ethernet gateway software and hardware;designs the cloud data center and public building energy of the public building energy intelligent audit system The communication network of the source intelligent audit system,the database of the public building energy intelligent audit system and the information management system of the public building energy intelligent audit system are designed,and the system implementation effect is given.The energy-saving potential evaluation model and system of ice storage air-conditioning system based on energy audit established in this paper can make an intuitive and accurate comprehensive evaluation of the energy-saving potential of ice storage air-conditioning system.The research on the load forecasting of ice storage air conditioning is helpful to realize the simulation of the optimal operation of ice storage air conditioning under the background of energy audit.The research on the intelligent energy audit system of public buildings can realize the comprehensive collection,real-time transmission,mass storage and information management of the data needed for the energy audit of public buildings.
