Research On Construction Cost Management Of Architectural Engineering Based On BIM

As an important mainstay of the national economic development of our country,construction industry has been advancing rapidly.However,the conventional model of construction cost management is no longer in line with the trend of the development of the construction industry.There exist some problems in the construction process,including the insufficient information,late acquisition of cost data and relatively backward means and methods of cost management,leading to greater difficulty in management and information flow,higher costs and lowers profits.Based on the multi-dimensional parameter integration,the technology of Building Information Modeling(BIM)enables the establishment of model which is characterized by information sharing and real-time change,resulting in better presentation of cost management.As indicated by the project practices,by applying the BIM technology in construction projects,the project management can be better controlled with data,while accurate management of project costs can be promoted.The study involves an in-depth analysis of the present development situation of the construction industry.Firstly,the theories related to the cost management of construction project are defined at the start of paper.Secondly,the current situation of cost management of MCC and the existing problems are elaborated,identifying the weaknesses of construction cost management in MCC.Then,the technical theory of cost management of construction project based on the BIM technology is reviewed in the paper.On top of that,through the data collection and theoretical analysis in the early stage,the BIM cost management organization of MCC Company is enhanced,and therules and regulations of BIM cost management are strengthened while the BIM cost management platform is established,thus shaping a relatively complete BIM cost management system of construction project.Finally,the effect is verified in the practical application of BIM-based cost management system of construction project.The author analytically summarizes the application advantages of BIM technology in construction cost management,which has achieved good practical results.Following the analysis of BIM technology in this paper,BIM technology is integrated in the cost management to optimize the traditional cost management process,and improve the statistical accuracy of various cost data in terms of construction projects and the efficiency of construction management process.The study provides the basis for scientific and effective management of decision makers.
