| With the acceleration of the reform and opening up of new China,the modernization process has been greatly improved,and the construction of a new socialist countryside is also proceeding at a high speed.Such a wave has gradually penetrated into the Lonan region.This paper mainly studies the low-carbon renovation design of existing rural residences in Lonan region.Luonan region due to the rural residence construction background and technology,and a series of reasons exist many problems,including the rural poor overall layout,construction monomer function is not perfect,the structure is not stable,building energy consumption is very large,indoor comfort is relatively low,so we need in this area both residential low carbon innovation.The author records and analyzes the current situation of existing rural housing through investigation,and combines the existing cases at home and abroad to explore the low-carbon transformation and construction mode of existing rural housing in Lonan region with low-carbon technology.In this study,by means of the building energy consumption simulation software DeST-h,combining with more appropriate strategies,the existing rural residential buildings were transformed into low-carbon ones in the use phase.The carbon emissions of the existing rural residential buildings in the use phase before and after the transformation were compared and analyzed,so as to explore a regional low-carbon transformation strategy suitable for lonan region.All the data analyzed in this paper are obtained by computer simulation,which has a strong objectivity and can fully reflect the controllability of the architectural design process.Among them,various low-carbon methods were used to carry out low-carbon transformation for the residence of three types of structural forms.The carbon emission of the civil structure residence wasreduced from 4010.436kgCO2 e to 3050.883kgCO2 e,which reduced 959.58kgCO2 e.The carbon emission of the brick-and-wood structure residence was reduced from9155.239kgCO2 e to 5369.720kgCO2 e,a decrease of 3785.519kgCO2 e.The carbon emission of the brick and concrete structure residence reduced from 11296.823kgCO2 e to 7601.523kgCO2 e,a decrease of 3695.3kgCO2 e.Therefore,the low-carbon transformation mode is scientific,objective and feasible.It is expected that the low-carbon transformation design strategy of the existing rural residential buildings in the use stage can provide certain reference value for the development of low-carbon buildings in Lonan prefecture and even in all rural residential buildings with close climate. |
