| In recent years,the problem of climate,environment and energy is becoming ever more serious.As an important industry of the national economy,the energy consumption of the construction industry accounts for 37%of the total energy consumption of the whole society.According to statistics,as of 2018,the total construction area of China is about 60.1 billion m~2,including 24.4 billion m~2 and 22.9 billion m~2 for urban and rural residential buildings.Faced with such a huge building scale,to achieve energy-saving and sustainable development of building energy,while allowing ordinary people to live in a comfortable,green,convenient and healthy home,it has become an important issue in the field of residential construction.The zero energy consumption intelligent residential that application of renewable energy and intelligent energy-saving management technology to the traditional residential provides a new direction for it.In this dissertation,the author participated in the"Solar Decathlon China 2018"as the background and the zero energy consumption intelligent residential"Qiju 2.0"as the research platform,and the main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the realization path of the zero energy consumption intelligent residential"Qiju 2.0"was studied.Through efficient active and passive energy-saving strategies,assembly construction systems,and building intelligent systems,make full use of renewable resources,and through intelligent energy-saving management,to obtain a living environment that convenient life,security livable,resource-saving,healthy and comfortable.Secondly,based on the one-year monitoring data analysis of the"Qiju 2.0"photovoltaic power generation system,a prediction model of renewable energy power generation is established and applied to practical problems,which provides a scientific basis for the energy-saving management and optimal scheduling of the home energy management system and guarantees the stability of the public power grid.Finally,the building operation sustainable evaluation of zero energy consumption residential is studied,based on the actual operation data of"Qiju 2.0"during the half month in SDC2018,and according to the main indicators of health and comfort,household appliances,living convenience and energy performance,the dissertation makes a comprehensive analysis and evaluation.The results demonstrate that the evaluation of the operation sustainability is excellent.The zero energy consumption intelligent residential"Qiju 2.0"designed and constructed in this study has passed the ordeal of international competitions,and has achieved excellent evaluation in building sustainability operation and intelligent energy-saving management.The research results have significant guidance and demonstration value for the research and promotion of zero energy consumption intelligent residential in China. |
