Serviced apartments are of a special nature,with a large volume,densely distributed personnel,and high mobility.After a fire,it may cause large casualties and economic property losses.Therefore,this paper takes hotel apartment as the research object,combined with a hotel apartment case in Hanzhong City,Shaanxi Province.Numerical simulation of fire and evacuation of people in this type of building is carried out.The smoke spread and pesonnel evacuation rules of the fire are analyzed.The fire protection design of the hotel apartment and the judgment of the fire performance of the building provide a certain basis and an idea for the design and safety evacuation plan of this type of building.Firstly,the thesis conducts relevant theoretical studies on the hazards of fire smoke,the development law of fires,and the design parameters of fire scenes.Then,the article taks a hotel apartment in Hanzhong City,Shaanxi Province as an example.The PyroSim software is used to establish the fire numerical simulation model.The thesis explores the dynamic spread of fire smoke,and comparatively analyzes the smoke spreading rules in different scenarios,and studies the impact of different fire source points on key locations such as walkways and stairs;Through the placement of temperature measuring points and plane slices,the temperature,CO concentration,and visibility in the fire room,staircase,and corridor are analyzed,and the available safety egress time of the fire layer personnel is determined according to the fire hazard judgment standard.Then the paper uses Pathfinder software to establish the evacuation model of this case,and simulates the evacuation behaviors and evacuation routes of the people in the building.This part analyzes the safety evacuation rules of the hotel apartment and the evacuation utilization rate of each stair in the building,andcalculates the required safety egress time of the fire layer;Based on the numerical simulation of the fire,the required safety egress time is compared with the personnel available safety egress time.It is concluded that there are certain loopholes in the safety evacuation of the hotel apartment.Finally,the paper proposes countermeasures to improve the evacuation efficiency and model rectification suggestions,and improves the personnel evacuation mode.The simulation verifies the feasibility of the suggestions again.When performing numerical simulation of fire,this article fully considers the impacts of the building's own fire protection facilities on the development of the fire and the evacuation of people.The combination of the fire environment model and the evacuation model provides realistic and reliable suggestions for the fire protection design of hotel apartments.
