With the technology significantly progress and the economy rapidy development in China,further requirements will be proposed for the industrialization,informatization and intelligent production of traditional infrastructure industry.Recently,the technology called Building Information Modeling(BIM)has been vigorously promoted in China.As a kind of new technology,the application of BIM got significant progress in the field of construction in China.The successful implementation of many BIM projects proves that BIM technology has long-term development potential.Bridge engineering as an important branch of the construction industry need to keep up with development and achieve the goal of industrialization,informatization and intelligence.In fact,a lots of bridge construct projects have also introduced BIM Technology and achieved some results.Swivel bridge is an important member of the bridge family born in 1940 s.As there are many mountains,hills and rivers in our country,and urban roads are becoming more and more complex,so that the advantages of bridge turning construction technology become more prominent,the bridge turning project has more applied.Thus,this technology has the value of research and promotion.With the integration of BIM Technology and finite element virtual simulation technology,the construction scheme of bridge turning is more scientific,efficient and economic with the help of BIM technology.This paper combines the Yuxingui Avenue T-swing bridge project across the Wan Gan line.,the main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper discusses the origin,basic theory,characteristics advantages and development of BIM Technology,Based on the Revit core modeling software,a three-dimensional model of the T-shaped swivel bridge is built.The Fuzor software is used to develop a 4D animation simulation of the swivel bridge swivel construction Effectively carry out collision inspection,strictly control the construction progress,safety and quality indicators,and realize the scientific management of the bridge project.(2)The BIM model was format converted and imported into the Midas finite element analysis software,which reduced the repeated modeling rate,and simulated and analyzed the deformation and stress of the entire bridge during the process of pouring,turning,and closing.The theoretical calculation results of each stage in the construction process are obtained,and the results are analyzed and controlled to guide the construction work.(3)Using the model conversion method of Revit and Revit API technology,the CIM language is used to develop the BIM model of the swivel bridge ball joint on the Visual Studio platform.The geometric parameters required by ANSYS software are obtained,and the complex geometric model is correspondingly processed.Segmentation processing,integrating the extracted data into the ANSYS APDL command stream format,thereby achieving the direct conversion of the swing bridge ball hinge structure model from Revit software to ANSYS finite element analysis software;(4)In this paper,ANSYS finite element analysis software is used to simulate the turning process of the spherical hinge structure of Wan Gan swivel bridge.According to the characteristics of the stress nephogram,the calculation results of the turning process are analyzed,the construction control indexes in the turning process are summarized,and the corresponding control conditions are put forward.
