Based on the engineering field of rapid test for the actual demand of effective engineering rock mass parameters,combined with the research of the portable instrument,for rock specimens for point load test and uniaxial compression test,combined with experimental study,the methods of theoretical analysis and engineering application,research and the calculation method of point load strength with Mohs hardness index of point load strength parameter estimation detailed exploration of uniaxial compressive strength of the method.A method for estimating uniaxial compressive strength of hard rock by using rebound value.And establish the empirical relationship of uniaxial compressive strength of rocks of different sizes.First of all,the extensive demand for rock mass engineering parameters in infrastructure construction is understood,and the structure of reference mature laboratory tester is put forward to complete the design scheme of rock strength parameter measurement function of foundation.In view of the difficulty of carrying the point load meter and the disorganization of data statistics,the point load tester is improved in a portable and intelligent way.Based on the demand of uniaxial compressive strength and strength property parameters of rock under deep buried conditions and the theoretical basis of size effect of uniaxial compressive strength of rock,a portable triaxial instrument was developed.Based on the current field environment and engineering application scenarios,as well as the development of mobile phone interconnection technology and data cloud processing technology,this paper proposes and applies the electronic wildbook APP to realize intelligent data recording and statistics and cloud computing methods.Secondly,by summarizing the specific requirements of engineering parameters on the site of engineering units,as well as the research of domestic and foreign scholars on the nature definition and acquisition method of rock strength parameters,the research on the research and development of portable field test instrument and the statistical processing of test data were carried out.Through a large number of point load tests and uniaxial tests of rock materials,we refer to the parameter definition,mechanism and standard method Suggestions of rock strength tests.According to the calculation method of point load strength,the relationship between point load strength and uniaxial compressive strength,as well as the estimation method of rebound hardness and uniaxial compressive strength are summarized statistically.Study on size effect of uniaxial compressive strength of rock;The fitting relation of strength parameters between small size specimen and standard size specimen was obtained.In this paper,a two-type portable point load meter is used to carry out point load tests on different types of homogeneous rock blocks and explore the calculation method of point load strength of irregular specimens.The point load test data,rebound value and uniaxial compressive strength of 13 kinds of rocks were statistically summarized,and the uniaxial compressive strength value and point load strength index of 13 kinds of rocks were statistically summarized.At the same time,the empirical relationship between the springback value of hard rock and the uniaxial compressive strength is summarized by means of the hardness measurement of rock with springback hammer and the statistics of uniaxial compressive strength.In addition,uniaxial compression tests were carried out on 5 sizes of blue sandstone with a ratio of 2:1 and 4 sizes of basalt,and the uniaxial compression strength relations of specimens with different sizes were statistically analyzed,which confirmed that the uniaxial compressive strength relations of rocks with different sizes could be established by using the size effect principle.Comprehensive test instrument and data statistics,point load calculation method of actual damage area is more representative,using refine mohs hardness point load strength and compressive strength of the relation of the method is practical and reliable,obtained using the rebound value estimation in hard rock uniaxial compressive strength of the method,for the use of small size specimen uniaxial compressive strength estimating large size specimen uniaxial compressive strength provides the fitting equation.At the same time,the practicability and stability of the two portable point loads are verified,the interconnection and intelligent statistics and calculation of the field data of the electronic wild book APP are realized,and the feasibility of the system method of sampling,sample preparation and test of the portable triaxial instrument under field conditions is verified.
