The loader has been widely used in many industrial fields in modern society,it is becoming more and more obvious in the construction because of advantages of high efficiency and energy saving,it is indispensable in National construction.It is necessary to study the operation resistance of the loader when the loader is carrying out the counteracting force on the bucket.How to reduce the operation resistance of the bucket model has become an important aspect of reducing the energy consumption of the shovel,realizing the efficient shoveling and improving the service life.The resistance of the working resistance has become an important measure for the design of bucket structure.This paper mainly applied the Discrete Element Method to study the shovel loading process,the main research contents are as follows:1.Firstly,the background and significance of the topic are analyzed briefly,some scholars briefly introduce the operation resistance of loader bucket in the operation process at home and abroad,and describing the basic theory of Discrete Element Method and its professional characters of EDEM.2.Mainly the material properties and loader shovel loading conditions are analyzed,the characteristics of rock material are mainly introduced,secondly,summarizing work resistance calculation method,then,the influent factors of the shovel force size are classified in the shovel loading process,and analyzing the main factors.3.The eigen parameters and contact parameters are verified between the gravel particles and the device body by Discrete Element Method(DEM).Hertz-mindlin contact model is selected for the theoretical exploration of gravel material and loader bucket in the DEM,using the EDEM software to build the "cylinder" simulation model,the measurement of the Reposed Angle of the material pile model is carried out for different particle size,and the calibration of the relevant parameters is performed with the experiment.This experiment can explain the accuracy of the contact parameters and the feasibility of the Discrete Element Method,and provide a certain basis for the establishment of the subsequent rock pile and the formation of the simulation experiment.4.The process of Shoveling loading modeling and its schemes are designed Based on EDEM.Put forward modeling ideas,a suitable material heap model and a simplified bucket geometry structure are established under the premise of satisfying the modeling hypothesis,completing the simulation preparation work and setting the relevant parameters in EDEM,so that the bucket can shovel the material with a single shovel track.Completing the comparison of the simulation and test,it points out the correctness of modeling thinking and modeling hypothesis and the feasibility of Discrete Element Method.Selecting the main research factors and designing the appropriate simulation schemes,the trend of shoveling loading resistance and full bucket rate are compared for each factor,the significance of each factor is pointed out,and the variance analysis of the orthogonal experimental simulation data is carried out,ranking the degree of influence of different factors and selecting the best combination of parameters,it will provide some reference for the design of loader bucket structure.5.To complete the work of EDEM and ANSYS using the coupling plug-in,implementing data sharing,the static structure analysis of the optimal scheme 9 is carried out in the orthogonal experiment,it provides some guidance for the design of bucket structure. |
